Updated Rooms. Well light. Heated towel Rack. Good shower with hot water. New floors. Beds comfortable. Nice culinary counter top. Good space. Parking wide open. Owner seems to have a good relationship ship with the locals. He Runs a good operation. He keeps good records from past stay. Emil phone etc. It’s not a Bug Shack like that place in Ossipee Econo Lodge Run by Manesh.

The bar doesnt like having 'young' people in there because they get 'loud' its turned away alot of business because of it. The crowed he prefers are all older, quiet people. When people get 'loud' and act like they are enjoying themselves, they get cut off and or kicked out! There was someone in there when I was there who got shut off because she was being loud. And she hadn't even had too much to drink. I heard the bartender tell her it was because she was being too loud and the boss didnt like it. Its a bar with music an arcade and pool tables. But when people get too loud and too excited it…

Not going there ever again. We arrived around 6 at the motel but went out for the night and back late. When I opened the sheets and looked inside the bed I found one NASTY bed. The sheets were stained and dirty, there were lots of crumbs but worst of all, and this is beyond repellent, there were hairs everywere on the sheets. And I'm talking different kinds of hairs (definitly pubs in there), different colors, shape and lenght. So you can imagine my disgust when I saw that. The rest was fine, for a motel of this price range, but this (huge) detail was enough for me to almost vomit. Oh and the…

I absolutely loved this place! I wish we were in town more than just a day. The owner was super friendly when we checked in and told me they had recently renovated the place a few years ago. They are right off the golf course and had a cute small bar on property with a few arcade games, dartboards, and pool tables, and are currently working on opening up the restaurant to serve food. The rooms were clean and simple. I forgot how much I love motels with easy access to your car, right out the front door. They have the most beautiful view of the mountains with easy access to dixville notch.

Initially we were unaware this was an option for lodging for our atv adventures, but it worked out perfectly! The ability to ride from your room to the trails is huge! The accommodations were perfect for what we needed and the staff was very nice.

What a great place to come for a fun get away. Brooks and his family are wonderful. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean and comfortable. The golf course has so much character and we fall more in love with it every time we play. We plan on making this our go to for mini vacations and highly recommend it to ALL. The prices are also very affordable, and it's worth every cent.

Once again, the golf course is in great shape this year, especially the greens. They are well maintained and roll true. Good customer service as well.

Pretty decent little place with a bar and games as well. The View from the enclosed porch that runs behind the rooms is great! Rooms were clean and simple and the shower and towel warmer were great! Don't forget to get a breakfast sandwich at mostly muffins. The fridge is noises at night and you can hear everything on the bathroom, but for a motel... it's cozy and charming.
