I was a housekeeper for a few of the homeowners here and the homes are beautiful and built amazingly. I love how much space is between residences. They also have some amazing amenities most other places don't have. Of all the upscale homes in Boerne I was a housekeeper at, these homes were some of the most beautiful.

Beautiful gated and very exclusive subdivision in the Texas Hill Country. Wonderful club house with great food and staff. We love Emi our server every time we go eat there. She is so sweet and an adorable young lady. She is a keeper! Golf course it great too!

Love C Ranch. People are friendly. Staff in all areas work HARD! Keep up the great job!

I've visited several hill country developments for work and this is easily the most gorgeous I've seen. I was allowed to play golf here once and the course is pristine. I'm only 26 and about to start a family, but when it comes time to make our move to the hill country, I can only hope there are lots still available with my name on it.

Beautiful place.. but as a contractor i have to complaint about the security guard station.. everyday we waste 25 to 30 minutes waiting on line to get in the subdivision.. i know security is important but nobody think about our time and i guess we have a very important role on the beauty of cordillera .. they need to fix that

Monday i experience a very rude security guard at the main gate. I understand safety it's important bud good manners go a long way.

If you're looking on buying a house and want to be near the Hill country this is a place you need to think about. The drive is beautiful to this location and u r near Borne Tx and San Antonio.

My dad lives In Cordillera, and it’s one the most beautiful areas in Texas. From golfing to canoeing and horse riding lessons, Cordillera has it all.
