The Club at Sonterra

We held our wedding at this venue, and the experience was truly exceptional. The ballroom provided an elegant and spacious setting that created a memorable atmosphere for our celebration. The cuisine was superb, and the bar service was attentive and professional throughout the evening. Our experience was seamless from start to finish, and we cannot recommend this venue highly enough for a truly unforgettable event.

The gate man was extremely rude. I had pulled up a bit too far and he proceeded to yell at me. I was very confused since I was there as a guest and wasn't sure about how to proceed. I told him I was there on business and gave him the name of the member that I was meeting, and he proceeded to scowl at me as he opened the gate. It ruined my entire experience here and set an extremely bad precedent, especially since I had considered joining before this happened. I felt like I was entering an army base instead of a club. This was on December 11th, 2025 at 12pm.

Heard they have jazz concerts here. As a jazz radio personality and podcaster in Austin, I can't wait to see what 2026 brings!!!!

I love the atmosphere here the majestic live oak trees. The lighting inside and outside is spectacular.

Went for a wedding. Service outside overlooking the water. Beautiful. Party/dinner in a beautiful room. Flowers were elegant...food and service were great. What a beautiful venue... beautiful night!

We had a corporate event for about 140 of our Associates in the Grand Ball room and could not have been happier with the overall experience! The staff was very attentive and quick to respond to any need. Marissa was amazing at helping us get everything planned and coming up with some very helpful suggestions based on her expertise. The food was great and everyone had a fantastic time! Highly recommend!

Very spacious and regal, but felt uncomfortable about not easily spotting exit doors.

Played the South course. Even though it was misty and wet, it was in really good shape. Risk/reward on a few holes. Greebs were really fast but true in the roll. Nice pro shop, driving range and putting area.

My wife and I loved this place for years. Much has changed over time, but the members here are the best. They finally updated the fitness center in 2019 and it’s much better. Tennis courts are top quality and the pool is nice but a bit dated. Fun 4th of July party and the famous Taste of the Northside is here as well. Overall, great club.

The food was pretty good ! One waiter a little dramatic ! But everything else pretty good

Good food and vibes. Really enjoyed listening to live music near the tennis courts.
