I enjoy muni courses as well as the one I contend is an exclusive one. Perhaps I too am addicted to the sport? So, like those people with this hobby or individuals who simply need peace of mind, body and soul, I paid twenty-five dollars for the privilege to play at Crystal Lakes Golf Course. That cost is for the green fees with a cart. It's affordable all factors considered. You should just remember that the cliches may hold truth; sometimes the best things in life are free and/or you get what you pay for.

For the price you cannot beat it anywhere in Sumter. Yeah it needs work but the super is doing the best he can with what he has ( budget, workers)

My son and I played this course for the first time today. The greens were in rough shape and some of the tee boxes need work but we had a great time. The staff in the club house were super nice and friendly. My son, who is a beginner, was much more at ease here than at the course we usually play. Even though it is an hour and twenty minutes from our house, we will definitely return, it is worth the drive.

Terrible course. Greens are the worst I’ve ever seen. Tee boxes may be worse. Fairways (if you could call them that) are more weeds than grass. Overpriced for what the course is and that’s saying something because it’s the cheapest course I’ve ever played. Place needs to be bulldozed or shut down for at least 6 months for a complete makeover

Hadn't played put there in over 5 years. I think this course is a must replay for me! It was very challenging and, the staff was friendly and helpful. Some greens could use some love and attention but, overall it was a great experience. Price is very reasonable too.

Enjoyed my round here on a Tuesday morning. Paired up with a local gentleman and had a great time. We only ran into one group and they let us play right through. Course was challenging. Fairways protected by thick grass and trees. Makes you pay for trying to clear water hazards, so be careful. Greens on the front 9 break, but greens on the back 9 play straight up. If you’re in the area and looking for an inexpensive golf experience, check this place out.

Got to play 18 holes with a cart for less than 20 bucks. To be honest the course was in much better shape than one would think after seeing the price. I will be making this course part of me and my golf crews regular stops. Even with the hour drive it was a very fun course to play.

Enjoyed the round with my son. Staff was friendly, carts are in good shape. Course is in good condition. You cannot beat it for $14.00 to ride 18 holes on Sunday afternoon. I will definitely be back.
