In summary

Deep River Golf Club is highly praised for its well-maintained course, featuring a unique 9-hole layout that plays like 18 with different tee boxes, offering a fresh experience on each round. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff and the quality of the food at the clubhouse, with particular acclaim for the BBQ offerings. While some guests note minor issues such as signage challenges and the condition of rental clubs, the overall experience is considered enjoyable and worth the visit.

Good course for a good price. The fairways and greens are well taken care of. We rented clubs and when went to use a couple of them through the round the grips were not in good shape and even had some lefty’s in our right handed set. Mentioned the issue to the club house and they were very quick to resolve the issue.

I am physically challenged and can't walk very far and I found that this course was very accessible by cart. The course was in great shape. The only down side was that we found it difficult to follow the tee decks. On a couple of holes we had to play the same tee deck on the front and back because we couldn't find the proper tee deck. Signage from one hole to the next would help. Otherwise it was a great experience and I look forward to returning to play there again.

I had the pleasure of indulging in an incredible BBQ meal (Saturday Sep 28 2024, ribs and wings with mash and roasted veg deal) featuring tender pork ribs and flavorful chicken wings in their hot sauce, served with perfectly seasoned potatoes and roasted vegetables. From the first bite, it was clear that the ribs were cooked to perfection—fall-off-the-bone tender, with just the right balance of smoky and savory flavors. The chicken wings were equally impressive, juicy, huge and packed with a delicious sweet and hot glaze. Normally get wings well done but decided to switch it up and let the ch…

Large well kept greens and good layout. It's 9 holes x 2 but they leave have a lot of distance between front and back 9 tees so you get a different feel for each 9. Bit of a gem really.

Designed by Stanley Thompson and built by Howard Watson in 1951, the Deep River Golf Club is a 9 hole club that plays like 18. Four sets of tees to choose from, large sloping greens with wide fairways. Water comes into play on 4 holes. Easy to walk and well maintained, a course worth the drive to play.

For a 9-hole course, it is very surprising. The many different tee boxes change the course layout from front 8 to back 9. Course is in great condition
