In summary

Diamond Springs Golf Course is highly praised for its exceptional course layout, which skillfully incorporates the natural terrain, offering both wide fairways and challenging approach shots, particularly on the back nine with its strategic ravines. The course is well-maintained, with fast greens and a unique single cut fairway design that enhances the playing experience. Visitors appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the well-stocked clubhouse and amenities. While the course is generally in excellent condition, some players have noted issues with the tee boxes, which can be sparse and uneven. Despite its remote location, the course is considered a hidden gem and well worth the visit.

This is my favorite course by far in the area! The layout is phenomenal - most fairways are wide and accessible - the challenges are the 2nd shots into the greens. Each hole feels unique due to the course meandering in the woods and around the ravines. There are a lot of risk/reward holes, especially no. 15 - a short par 4 that you'll need to carry an entire ravine if you want to reach the green in one. They recently built an elevated bar/rec area behind the 2nd green as well which has great seating that looks out onto the course. I highly recommend Diamond Springs to anyone that asks - especi…

Wow incredible golf course! recommended by a friend as a hidden gem and didn't disappoint; wicked fast greens though and vast bottomless ravines so bring an extra box of balls and all the courage you can muster. Also recommend you bring your GPS, a map, a compass, enough water for 3 days and a full tank of gas because this place is out there in "God's Country"

This is my favorite golf course I’ve ever played. The single cut is so well done and it makes you think and keeps you engaged on every hole. The greens are so good. Architecturally, it’s one of the most interesting courses I’ve played. So much fun.

Wow. What an experience. What everyone else has said is so true. Really appreciated the single cut fairways. I've never experienced that and it was a really nice perk for us amateurs whose tee shots often find the rough at other courses! Also, I loved the variety of holes and the challenging greens. Made the birdie putt of my life! The back 9 incorporating the ravine was so strategic and smart. You really felt like the designers let the natural lay of the land lead the way. Lastly, food options at the turn were great and the beer selection was elite! Hope to be back sometime very very soo…

Amazing place to play. Hate to even leave a review to help increase flow there. For 45 after 3pm for 18 is the best value around. Even included range balls for free. Open fairways with challenging approach shots to sloping greens. Love it here. 6 stars out of 5..lol

Diamond Springs is immaculate, the course is definitely one of the most well maintained courses in the area. The staff is very accommodating to tee times and group sizes. My friends and I have played here for years and will continue to make the drive out here to enjoy this slice of paradise. This course is challenging, especially on the back 9, filled with ravines and curves to challenge your shot ability. On sunny days the course is beautiful, on rainy days the course drains excellent avoiding puddles and mucky fairways.

Went on a trip mostly playing gull lake. This place was well worth the hour drive. Clubhouse and pro shop were great. Lots of whiskeys and bourbon to choose. Conditions and greens were great as well. No cart paths everywhere so hard to tell how to get to some holes. At one point we crossed the same bridge to get to 3-4 different holes. GPS in carts and free range balls 👍.

This was an amazing course. Great location that is tucked away in woods. Everyone was super friendly. Highly recommend going here. I came from out of town with a couple friends and we really enjoyed playing here. We were a bit bummed it rained about 90 minutes while we were on course, but the course held up so well. Also, around the 4th hole one of the carts died on us and we just called the pro shop and they brought us a new one within 3-5 minutes of calling them. Pretty sure the guy that brought the cart was the owner. He kept apologizing, but we were not upset at all stuff like that happens…

First time here and I enjoyed my round a lot. The course is well cared for and beautiful. Be warned that the back nine is way more difficult than the front!

Nice country corse. Fairways were fine but not plush. A longer cut in fairways. Don't get me wrong very playable. Layout was great. Generous landing areas. Nice greens.

Took my family out for a round while visiting on vacation. Young group of new golfers and everyone had a blast! The fairways were wide and forgiving for the most part. The course is very nicely maintained. The clubhouse staff are top notch along with Rangers helping to keep pace of play. HOT day to play, but would love to come back again!
