In summary

Druid Hills Country Club at Fairfield Glade is highly praised for its beautiful course layout, stunning views, and well-maintained fairways and greens. The staff generally receive positive feedback for their friendliness, although there are occasional reports of rudeness from certain individuals. While the course is appreciated for its challenging design and scenic setting, some visitors have noted issues with slow play and the absence of a restaurant, with a food truck currently serving as a temporary substitute.

Stunning course ❤️⛳️. Just no restraunt 😞 food truck was unfortunately very much lacking and was not a close substitute while the clubhouse is being built. Once the restaurant is built, I can see fair value. Beautiful views 🌄❤️⛳️

This was a great experience, and a great day. It was only 30 degrees but no wind and sunny, very comfortable (super comfortable for a Florida guy). We learned to stay in the fairway because of all the leaves on the ground in the rough, lost a couple balls that probably just rolled under leaves.. Great views and terrain. Cart-path only the day we were there, but the fairways and greens were in very good shape. We selected it as locals advised this course was on the high ground and had nice elevation changes. Very scenic.

Played today, apparently a week after greens punched. You could see the holes and sand but they rolled smooth. Other than that, course was beautiful! Great layout and great conditions. Fairways were immaculate! The course is short(6200 from tips) but it really makes you use every club in the bag. The staff were crazy nice too. Can't wait to go back.

This golf course is incredible shape. The views this time of year are just breathtaking with the fall leaves. They have a new driving range and an 18 hole putting green behind the clubhouse that is awesome. They have plans for a new clubhouse in 2025/2026, which will make this a destination golf course. This photo was from earlier this year. I will try to get an updated one with the fall colors.

I vacationed at Fairfield Glade a number of years ago and played most of the area courses. I played Druid Hills on the last day of vacation and liked it so much I played a second round before heading home to NJ.

Best course in the area!! On our annual golf trip to various locations in the world, we choose to check out the Crossville TN area this year. We had a group of 12 golfers and played 5 courses. Many of the guys agreed that Druid was the best experience: friendly staff, course was in great shape, nice layout, challenging and fair, beautiful views and smooth pace of play. Looking forward to coming back again!

5 stars on the course. 3 stars for the staff. If you are a Wyndham guest you have to have your wristband, which was not stated over the phone when booked. Then the pro shop was rude and made everyone go get theirs out of the vehicle. Also Wyndham owners are a different rate than guests. The starter was unclear in which carts were designated for which tee time and rude when we put our clubs in the first one. The course was in great shape and beautiful to play. Unfortunately the experience with the staff would be enough I would not return.

Course is in good shape. Greens won't hold a ball, especially on the back nine. Was left with the impression that some of the staff would just as soon we not be there. For what I paid in greens fees, common courtesy should not be unexpected.
