In summary

Enumclaw Golf Course is appreciated for its scenic back nine, challenging layout, and friendly staff, with many noting improvements in course conditions, particularly the greens and tee boxes. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about the wet conditions on certain holes, particularly the second fairway, and the occasional slow pace of play. Additional critiques include the pricing structure for golf carts and the limited offerings at the café and pro shop.

Had a great time. Pro shop was very accommodating. Only problem I had with the course is the front 9. There were a few holes that were very wet. Hole 2 and 3 to be more exact. We lost a ball on our drive I'm pretty sure it got sunk into the fairway grass on hole 2. But the back 9 are absolutely beautiful. Would definitely return to golf here.

The shots are short for the first couple and the elevation is all over the place. Very fun course, not a lot of traps just good golf. Back nine opens up. Views are great, greens are pure. Would definitely play again. Little steep for how far out it is and how minimal it can feel, but understandable. Still a golf course. No range.

This course was very rough just a couple of years ago but the current staff is making a great effort and it is getting better all the time. The fairways are much better and the greens and tee boxes are in excellent condition. Kudos to the folks working hard to upgrade the experience! Some holes are have some genuinely beautiful views.

Sometimes they stack you a bit close together for my liking, unless you like someone shooting right at you. But the course is better then it ever has been and the price is great also. The cafe there is definitely the place to eat!! Big winner for breakfast!

Friendly staff and a fun course layout add to the charm of this hidden gem of the pacific northwest! The summer months really are the best time to play as the fairway on #2 turns into a seamp from the river that runs through the course. Be sure to have some extra balls with you. This course is referred to as The Claw for a reason!

Really enjoyed the people, restaurant, and the backside of the course. The front side was extremely brown even though they still have the swamp hole #2. Beverage Cart was only selling drinks no snack food available in the cart.

Has some really nice holes. Some need some work. The whole second fairway is basically a water hazard (swamp). Great rates though. Would probably just play the back 9 if I was nearby again.

This course does not drain and they don't mow the rough. We golfed here on Sunday and the entire course was underwater. AND THEY STILL CHARGED US FULL PRICE !! The course should have been closed. Also, if you don't hit the fairway on most holes you lose your ball in the rough because they don't mow it. The grass can be a foot or more tall. No way you can find your ball. And on the 18th they had half the fairway closed, not across the fairway, but the length of the fairway. If you couldn't drive your ball 250 yards you ended up in the foot long closed, underwater half of the fairway. Of the 5 o…

Look. It’s close to my house. And so for that, I’ll give it a break. A golf course is not supposed to be where this place is built. Full stop. But, management has tried to make the best out of the land. The fairways are rugged, but cared for. The greens are fast and tight - unexpectedly so. They are also small, for the speed. They have tee times every 10 minutes, which is too much for this course to handle, based on the talent that plays there. The facilities and the equipment are worn down. The café has limited supplies, the kitchen is exposed and is highly lacking. I wouldn’t eat there. On…

This is a tight challenging course. The front nine has more wide open fairways but quite a bit of elevation change making club selection tricky. The back nine has narrow gaps and trees in the fairway to shoot around and crosses the creek about 5 times making water hazards a real challenge. A different and fun course.

It is a fun course. We found some dead fish near the creek on the back 9. Definitely will be back soon.
