Nice course. My family of 4 really enjoyed playing here. Found this course through golf moose offer. Greens were aerated with lots of holes and sand, making it very tough to putt. But it's understandable as part of maintenance. There are huge fans on every green so that's cool to see. There is also no water station along the way so be aware of that. I do see water faucet (i think) but no way we were going to drink from that. There is also no "cart girl" running around for us to buy snacks and drinks. The main complaint, though, is the restaurant inside the clubhouse. We see signs on the cours…

Played really well today, 3 birdies for an 89 from the blue tees. Not sure if it rained the day prior, but the areas around the greens were muddy and soft. Onto the review. Tee Boxes 4.5/5 - With the exception of a few obviously sloped and unlevel ones, the tee boxes were in good shape. Fairways 4/5 - Some fairways had bare areas, but for the most part were well kept. No real crazy slopes. Greens 3.5/5 - Soft and slow. I'd say they run at a 9. You will be fixing ball marks all day since any shot outside 50 yds that huts will make a decent mark. The undulations aren't fierce, but some pin pl…

Gates Four has an excellent aquatics program. Ms Ruth's forty plus years of teaching young and old how to swim enhances this Country Club's appeal.

A great time. The fairways were PERFECT. The greens were 3 week from being punched... kinda soft but the roll well! Any missed putt was on me not the greens! I finally parred hole #6! It has been on of my hardest in Cumberland County list over the last 20 years..

Great place for golfing, of course. I am assisting coach and having a great time with the school's golf team. The staff are nice people and ready to assist. The patrons are kind to the children and offer to share their experiences and stories. I will post pictures when I do an update.

I don’t even know where to begin, but let’s start with the price—$75. Our group was charged full price for a course with greens that are basically sand traps. Honestly, we should have just driven to the beach and putted there; it would have been a better experience. To make matters worse, we found ourselves stuck behind an 8-some on hole ten who refused to let us play through. When I inquired at the pro shop about a Marshall, they informed me there wasn’t one. I then asked if they could break up the group, and the response was a dismissive no because they were members. As we continued to pla…

Had a tee time for Saturday 3/9. Showed up 30 minutes before and no one was there. Pro shop was closed and locked. I understand the weather wasn't the best but some notification would be nice. Even called the day before and they said that the morning was still fully booked. Communicate better please. Edit: Thank you for making it right. I look forward to playing here at some point

A pretty nice course, fairways are soft and mostly there. The greens are bent grass and rolling well. Layout was interesting, but a bit short in my opinion. The pace of play was the tough part ... Gates four is part of a residential area with a large population of retirees, very slow round, even on a Thursday.

Had a great time at the country club, delicious food, live band was awesome, and I think I might have met the girl of my dreams at the chamber of commerce after work event.

Course is in good shape for the time of year. Greens were a little fast early in the day.
