In summary

Golf Gatineau is appreciated for its well-maintained course, fast greens, and friendly, professional staff, providing a scenic and challenging golfing experience. However, some visitors have expressed dissatisfaction with the course layout, citing long walks between holes and confusing signage due to nearby construction. Additionally, concerns about the value for money, slow pace of play, and limited food options have been noted by some guests.

Solid golf club with a nice course and great service. The staff are attentive and friendly and the course is well maintained. Rooms are good but could use some updates, and the location feels a bit remote if you're hoping to be closer to Ottawa or Gatineau attractions. Still, it's a great spot!

Absolutely horrible experience golfing here. We paid for a 1:30pm tee off, ended up teeing off at 1:50. No problem, it happens. There was no food or beverage cart out on a Sunday, and their food selection at the “half way house” was comprised of sandwiches that were 6 days old. Disgusting. For a course that charges you 75$ for a green fee and 25$ for a cart, this place is an absolute dump. Avoid at all costs. Terrible service mixed with a terrible layout of a course. 1/10.

The most over priced course in the region for the layout. Back to back par 3s, one is only 90yrd. Long walks between holes. 230yrd par 4. Very unfortunate, used to be a great course, but new layout is horrible. Will never play this track again.

Over priced and not well layed out. Pros- - well taken care of cushy fairways and very nice greens. - located close to civilization Cons - very hard and horribly layed out course. -No value for dollar, this was over priced by double. It's a $30 course mascarading as a $70 course. -Rental clubs for friends was $30 and it was an assemble of lost and found clubs. The driver had a cracked head and there was a ladies sand wedge mixed in the men's set, which was lucky because the other set had 0 wedges. - food service is basic over priced sandwiches. - no distance markers on the course - no club cle…

Beautiful course nestled in Aylmer area. Course is in great condition. Super fast greens. Better your putting game in check. Enjoy

Quite a disappointing day out. Prices were steep given the competition in the area, but they were available. Club house is nice so felt like we'd get our money's worth....wrong. Travelling so I needed rental clubs, $30 for what amounted to a random bag of clubs that have been abandoned on the course over the years, all still dirty. Cart fees were also steeper than other higher rated courses in the area so we walked out of principle, mistake. We thought some of the holes were bad with a few hundred meters between, that is until we got to the 17th and it's half a kilometer back towards the clubh…

The conditions are immaculate. Very dry for early May, greens are really nice and consistent, and fairways are what you would want and expect. The layout on the other hand, is atrocious. Another reviewer mentioned it but two holes are aligned the same way (5 and 6 I believe), so you finish a hole then walk back towards where you tee'd off and play the same direction again (the greens are right beside each other). There's SO much walking and I usually like walking. Some holes actually take longer to walk between than to play, as you wind in and out of neighbourhoods. Then the walk from 17 to 1…

I am a new member and enjoyed the course. The course is challenging, easy walk, with nice scenery. Furthermore, the food is delicious and the staff, both in the golf shop and dining room, are fantastic, friendly, yet very professional.

Course is in great condition. Starters space accordingly to allow for steady pace throughout. Some hole layouts are unorthodox to accommodate ongoing construction of the local community being developed, however has adapted well to make it work.

Called to book tee times and stay at the hotel, was not accommodated for my disability over the phone and the receptionist was very rude and impatient. Would recommend other locations near. Food seems over priced and not enjoyable reading other reviews.

I've played it when it was at its peak and it was a nice course. Long and a good challenge. I played it today, June 15th and they charge 75 bucks, the course is shorter, a couple of signature holes are gone. It really is not worth the money. I will not be playing there again
