Hamilton Trails Golf Club

It's a reasonably "good" course (especially for a beginner) with a very reasonable price tag. Nice practice range and clubhouse. Pleasant, welcoming staff. No stuffiness. The fairways, greens, and teeboxes are a bit rough, but you get what you pay for. Other courses are getting ridiculously overpriced, so kudos to Hamilton Trails for maintaining a low price option.

Garbage course. Waste of time and money. Don’t play here. First clue should have been wide open tee times. Showed up to play in the morning and got a bucket of range balls before we headed out. Guy inside assigned us a tee time and we took bucket to the range. Came out 10 minutes later telling us it was time to go out even though we weren’t 1/2 through the bucket. Told him we wanted to finish and he said he’d have to reschedule us like it was a big deal. Picked a tee time 20 mins later cause again (wide open times). Tee boxes were hard, fairways dry & missing grass, greens should be called bro…

First time playing here and was impressed with it. The starter in the clubhouse was informative and friendly. Only down note is that the fairways were a little rough. Overall a great course. Also the greens were in phenomenal shape.

The first time here in close to 10 years, and I was very pleasantly surprised! The conditions are very good for this time of year after a full summer season of golf, so clearly they are on top of course maintenance. I noticed as soon as I walked into the clubhouse it must be under new management. They have a full bar and small lounge area with clean bathrooms and a fully updated counter. While on the course I met the new owners and they were extremely friendly and accommodating. Bear of all it’s one of if not the best price available compared to other local courses. Great layout , quick 9 holes . Good for a last minute pick and reasonable price. The employees are very helpful and professional. Top of the line carts too.

I recently played Hamilton Trails Golf Course with my wife, she is in her first year of playing. We enjoyed the course and it’s tee boxes to fit your need to play at different levels of skills. The nine holes make it easy enough for my wife to enjoy playing and learning without the pressure of keeping up with the times at the bigger clubs. But it’s long enough for me to play and work on my swing. The staff worked to make us feel right at home, after speaking to them I found out the club is under new ownership. MOST IMPROVED GOLF COURSE May 2024. Today was the first time I played this course in a few years. I first started playing this course over 40 years ago when it was called the Old Mill Golf Course. Today was by far the best condition I have ever seen this course. They have added granite markers to show the hole layout and distance at each tee box. The greens although slow, were plush and rolled true. The golf carts are excellent , new, fast and comfortable. I have played at many top courses and have never rode in nicer carts. Just played there with my wife and very dissatisfied. Unlike other golf courses in the area they did not give us a senior discount. We paid more for golf, range balls and pull carts than a much better course nearby. The greens were ridiculously slow and didn’t seem to have been cut for a couple days. None of the hazards on the course were marked in any way; I lost 3 golf balls as a result.

Love the course. Always feel good vibes on it. Fairways are decent, greens are better than half the public courses around. Carts are good condition. Pace of play is great. Love this course will continue going back.

Nice driving range & practice green. Course was in good condition for being early in the season. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. This is my go to place for getting in a quick nine!

This course is under new ownership and is in good shape. The greens are excellent and the new carts are the nicest golf carts I've ever ridden. The staff are super friendly too. Highly recommend for a quick 9 before hitting the beach.
