In summary

Hidden Creek Country Club is praised for its beautiful and scenic course, attentive and accommodating staff, and excellent event hosting capabilities, particularly for weddings. The venue offers a variety of amenities, including a well-regarded tennis program and a restaurant with a popular menu. However, some visitors have experienced issues with course maintenance, particularly related to water pump problems, and have expressed concerns about the logistical layout and customer service, especially in terms of membership management and communication.

Hidden Creek Country Club stole my heart when I first found them online. I reached out, and they responded promptly, even though it was a busy season for them. Katie (Catering Director) replied to my initial email, and I appreciated that she welcomed me to visit Hidden Creek Country Club whenever I could to see the venue and meet her. During my visit, I met Katie and Taylor (Banquet Captain), and Taylor was the one who gave me the tour. When I saw the venue (Fairway Ballroom), it was beautiful and spacious. The view on the deck was also stunning. The ballroom itself was already spacious, and r…

Love the course and the staff. I see the some of the complaints but if you read the membership agreement you sign when you begin, you can clearly see the terms of the agreement. I’m not sure why people are complaining about rules and contracts they sign, guess they don’t read. However we love it and fold a few times a week! Great new menu

The golf course is fantastic, location is great, clubhouse is rough in areas. Get someone in to run this that cares about building a club instead of developers that would turn this in to condos one day.

The property overall is logistically confusing and has one of the more strange layouts I have ever seen for a country club. Not sure if space was an issue during construction, but everything seems crammed in - especially the "driving range" which is a several minute cart drive through the course to even reach, and it plays alongside one of the holes on the front 9 without a net separating it, so often times there are range balls strewn all over that area of the course. Even the clubhouse it a bit confusing to navigate, and the course condition I would only rate as "good" not great by a long s…

While I've never played golf, I was married here in 2021! The site was beautiful, the events staff were incredibly kind, supportive, friendly, and flexible, and the food was excellent. We had a very small and simple brunch ceremony, and although we were working with a tight timeline and lots of last-minute changes, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. It was a lovely day, made much better by lovely people supporting us.

I recently played at Hidden Creek Country Club and was extremely disappointed. Despite paying $100, the course was in terrible condition. The greens were extremely dried out, making it difficult to play. Initially, I was told the poor state of the course was due to Mother Nature. However, I later discovered the real issue was a broken water pump. The staff kept saying it would be fixed soon, but this timeline keeps dragging out with no resolution in sight. Overall, it was a terrible experience and not worth the money. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this course to others.

Hidden Creek has been in a bit of a rehabilitation phase after a dry summer broke the water pump at the course. These days, however, the course is looking and playing great. Really scenic, beautiful course with an interesting layout. Grass driving range isn’t always in perfect condition but hey, to hit off of anything than mats is a win in my book! Staff is very nice and accommodative. They also have a fantastic burger at their restaurant!

They have a great tennis program run by RJ TENNIS, Rob runs a boot camp there with live ball tennis and there is a steady stream of new players and regulars. It's easy to sign up, hope you get to try this out - it will boost your confidence on the Court while improving stamina, reflexes and technique. Highly recommended!

Hidden creek helped us organizing a safe party for our wedding guest. We wanted to have a welcoming party the night before the wedding itself. They provided LOTS of space for our quest to self distance and still have a great time. The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone wore masks and respected health guidelines. We felt totally safe!! Food was delicious and great bar selection . Most our venue was held on the patio outside which is big and beautiful and partially covered. I would recommend this place in a heart beat!!!

I will start by saying I joined this club for a year at a great promotional rate and was overall impressed with the quality of the course! I enjoyed playing there and the clubhouse and amenities were good for the price of the club. That being said, upon the end of my promotional rate I gave notice of termination mid-September and it took until today to resolve my terms of departure (approximately three and a half months later). This included inaccurate charges for a locker for the following year, dining charges for which I was not active at the club, and a full month of dues for which I did n…

I'm a member of this club, and it's one of the best country clubs out there. The atmosphere of the club and the people are great. The lay out of the course is also great. The only bad thing is crossing the street for hole 3, but overall in Fairfax county its hard to find an open space.
