Very nice course & reasonable rates. Also, they now offer Foot Golf. Tried that for the first time last weekend. I had a great time & would recommend active individuals to give it a shot.

The course is very receptive for all ages and experience golfers. Easy to walk with a few hills but not hard to navigate. Whatever tee box you utilize you'll have a pleasant experience. It would be a shame if the city decides to close this course or any of the other 3 public courses. All courses bring a uniqueness to the city for everyone.

Starter was rude. In order to not get warned by the starter you need to tee off into the group ahead of you. Tried to avoid teeing off when the 4 sum ahead of us was only 200 yards out then the starter road up and said we need to play faster. Hospitality plays a big role no wonder the course doesn't generate adequate revenue

This is a great public course. I was able to get a Groupon for the course. It has a practice green and a driving range. There is water that comes in to play . There is a great verity of holes. The par three holes are challenging and the par five holes were set up so you have to get long straight drives.

Still one of the better city courses around (even with the flood battles). If you like undulating fairways and greens; lined with your choices (yes choices) of sand, stream, trees and ponds (close to a dozen) ... give Jones a try and pick your poison!

Well the city voted to close it as a golf course as of this year so as a golf course, it's terrible. It is nice for taking walks though since you can walk along the cart paths and being at the end of a dead end street it's nice and quiet. Except for the one guy who lives 3-4 houses up and races his crotch rockets up and down the street, and by race, iean it's just him being a derp.

Was very happy when I heard they would be returning my home course. This is a beautiful and challenging course that offers a variety of different looks. Plenty of sand and water too! Awesome spot!

The idiots got some stupid frisbee golf thing going on in normal golfers who patronize this golf course forever can't even golf there. You can stand there waiting 3 of rest to get on a crowded course while nobody's using the Frisbee course. I called the superintendent of parks and the only answer she would give me was that other big cities are doing it well guess what Cedar Rapids is not a big city and we only have a few Municipal courses that are full of leagues and we have no place else to go in Cedar Rapids so if you want to go to Jones Park you can stand there and watch an empty Frisbee Go…

One of the most fun golf courses in cedar rapids. You have to hit a lot of shots. But it's always repairing itself. Don't miss it it's a good place to play

Rude, snooty, employees. Horrid hospitality, don't take kids. Not a place to have fun. Not a place for family time. Only for the most serious about the game. Safety of patrons not a concern.
