The staff is generally noted for their friendliness and professionalism, and the club offers a range of amenities, including a well-stocked Pro Shop. First tee time on a beautiful Maine Monday morning! Greeted by pleasant staff. Large netted driving area to warm up. Practice green that will put the fear of God in you. The 8th oldest course in the United States knows a thing or two about green management. Don't let the short course length fool you; the greens are very challenging. You'll master a light touch. An adventurous layout that isn't punishing lies ahead. Take the few minutes and try to launch one out of the Taft Bunker on 17. You'll understand how President Taft racked up such a score. Keep the phone handy for your golf app. But r…

Kebo Valley Golf Club was in great shape considering the fall weather and time of year. The course was well-maintained, and the greens were fast and smooth — a pleasant surprise for late season play. Beautiful setting and wide open play.

Beautiful golf course in Bar Harbor. Had a phenomenal morning round, great weather and scenery too. Course is on the shorter side with a par 70. Would definitely come back to play next time I’m in Bar Harbor! Tee times can be booked 6 days in advance.

What a beautiful yet tough course. Golf plus mountain views, what’s not to love? Everyone was very friendly and had an amazing time. I walked the front 9 and got a great workout in. Highly recommend!

A nice course but we had to rent clubs and they charged us 99USD for each set of clubs which is more than double we have paid anywhere else!

Nice course. Beautiful views. Good food and drink. Pro Shop well stocked. Green and cart fee a bit pricey for visitors. Still a must play at least once.

We really enjoyed golfing at Kebo Valley! It was very very close to downtown Bar Harbor, the views were great, and the condition of the course was great. If you are playing only 9 holes, the layout of the course makes it difficult (you end up 1.5 miles from the clubhouse and need to weave through the other holes with people hitting into you). The course is also very expensive compared to what I am used to. But if you are in Bar Harbor I would recommend playing this course!

I hope you never have to speak with Peter on the phone. He was one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. I approached the call politely and calmly, simply asking for a tee time, but he responded with unnecessary rudeness. When he lost patience with my straightforward questions, he abruptly hung up on me. This level of conduct is far from the courtesy I would expect from a golf course with such a long and distinguished history.

We enjoyed the course and everyone was nice, but found the non golfing rider in the other cart to be a distraction to our game. My son and I won’t accept that situation again, especially at the high price we paid.
