What People Say

In summary

Kingston Fairways Golf Club offers an affordable and relaxed golfing experience, particularly appealing to beginners and those looking for a casual game. The staff is generally praised for being friendly and helpful, and the twilight golf option provides excellent value. However, many visitors express concerns about the course's maintenance, particularly the poor condition of the greens and fairways, which some feel detracts significantly from the overall experience.

The employees weren’t even here so we had to call the manager and they took 10 minutes to get here, they didn’t let us use carts either. This is the WORST golf corse in NH. The greens were not maintained and the sand traps had weeds growing out of them. The ground was uneven. The price should be at least cheaper then what they are. Even though the prices are good it’s better to go somewhere else. The employees didn’t even take out the things that cover the holes. They say they have the best employees in NH... very not true.

This place went down hill over the past several years. Charges $35.00 for 9 holes. Total rip-off. Putting greens are gone. DONT BOTHER TOTAL WAIST OF MONEY. Current manager is clueless. They have run this place into the ground. Zoom in on the putting green. WHAT A JOKE.

OMG... this has to be the worst golf course I've ever seen. I'm giving it two stars for the value. I think people have said it and I will too (leave your putter in your bag). This place could be really nice with some work. The greens are in pretty rough shape.

Wow! To say this course has gone to weed would be putting it nicely. Played there today for first time in years. Yes, it's a great deal for the money, but keep your putter in your bag. Greens are in extremely poor condition. Roll your ball in the fairway to find a decent patch of grass, etc.

I love going to Kingston Fairways !! Never rushed, easy to find my lost balls, & challenging for me. The greens & fairways have improved greatly ! A very family oriented golf course & staff is awesome. Something I find wonderful, is they have twilight golf starting @ 4:30 every day for $10 !! You can golf as many holes you want till it starts getting dark. It's a great time for young golfers, considering the great low $10 fee. Golfing there is very casual & I've always found other golfers to be considerate & helpful. Especially if you lose your ball, like me, there's always a golfer or two tha…

I have been playing exclusively at Kingston Fairways for a second year now and the fairways and putting greens have been constantly worked on nonstop seeded, aerated, watered, mowed and have greatly improved and are beautiful especially after this past rainy spring. Prices can’t be beat at this place and the staff is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly always knowing the current condition of the entire course after inclement weather. Gas and electric carts are available and well maintained but if you have an issue they will immediately swap it out while you are on the golf course.…

This place has quite a nerve charging $45 for 18 holes. This place is a dirt strip! The greens look like a combination of cobblestone sand and weeds,. They are already on lumpy and with very little grass. Also the layout of the course makes no sense at all and the signage gives no clue as to where the next hole is. Also many of the cups look like they were cut in the spring and never cut again all season! This course looks like it could be a good one under competant management, but save your money and go elsewhere!

This was my favorite place to walk around and hit a little white ball, before they expanded to an 18 hole course. but the last few times i have been there the greens were not up to par.. see what I did there... I'm thinking that they should have stayed a 9 hole. I still will go there because of convenience but would go more often if the grounds were maintained as well as they used to be...

The staff was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the sport and the course however, the course seemed to be poorly maintained. Most greens looked like fairway or a pitchers mound. Crab grass was very prevalent. Need more signs to direct to the next hole. Overall i did enjoy myself, reccomend for beginners. The price is decent. Unfortunately its a bit of an eyesore.

Greens are non existence, the flag is just planted in the ground in the fairway with no cup to putt into. No real greens keeper to treat anything. Our golf cart had a full charge but the batteries are so old the charge lasted about 4 holes then our friends in another cart had to push us through the rest of the course. This place is an absolute joke with the new owners. They have no clue how to run a golf course. Not worth $5 let alone the $35

The golf is not great and would not recommend playing alone. The reason for the five star is the great experience I had. For 10$ after 430 there was no one one the course. You could just have fun and enjoy the round. Not sure if allowed to take a cart but my group did so for 10$ to get cart and 18 is almost unheard of. The greens are poor but if you set a club length rule or however long you want it to be they still roll generally straight. It has a great mix of par 3s 4s and 5s and each hole is unique. Balls are easy to find. If you go in the rain cart drifting is possible so that was fun. Th…

This is not a golf course. This is a failure. 20 dollar special for nine holes on the weekdays means you should be able to play nine holes. The greens are kn such bad shape you cant keep score. This course is an embarrassment to the game. I didnt even attempt the back nine. Waste of time and money. Stay away. Their typical rates are 40 bucks, riding for 9 holes... that's more sad than funny.
