I had the chance to play this course for the 1st time and I was extremely impressed. The staff was very professional and nice and made me feel right at home. I went to the car and took out my bag and a very nice gentlemen came by, picked up my bag, took it to my cart and then brought me the cart back to my car. Conditions were great for this time of year. Fairways were very green and the rough was in transition from light brown to green. Perfect day for golf. It is definitely 2 different courses between the 9s. The front nine was extremely forgiving, open, and really fun to play. Once I got to…

I attended a 50th bday Brunch today. The outdoor seating allowed you to bask in the beautiful grounds of the golf course. The Shrimp n Grits were tasty. However waiting on some buffet items to be replaced took 15 mins or longer to be replenished. Kerri provided exceptional service with a smile.

This was the first time playing this course and my tee time was at 12:13. The gentleman in the pro shop were very nice and informative. I got paired up with three ladies and we had a blast! The course was in amazing shape and the pin positions were in tournament like spots. The practice facilities are nice and well taken care of. The layout of the course was fun and challenging. The tee boxes were also in great shape. The vibe and atmosphere were really good here, I will definitely be going back for many more rounds.

I recently had the pleasure of competing in a Virginia State Golf Association one-day tournament at Magnolia Green Golf Club, and what a challenging and beautiful experience it was! This course is truly a test of skill and resilience. The first three holes alone were a wake-up call, costing me three balls and three triple bogeys. Later in the round, I even managed a couple of "snowmen" - scoring an eight on two different par fives. Despite the difficult play, I absolutely loved every minute. The course is in pristine condition and the scenery is simply stunning. It's clear that this is a high-…

👏 💯 Incredible staff and fairway. I played in 10 different golf Clubs in the RVA areas. This is the first one where I was truly welcomed. From the moment I arrived in the parking lot, Jerry greeted me and brought me a Golf cart to my car. I felt like they were expecting us there! Incredible staff and front desk guy at the Golf store also! + the course looks incredibly well maintained and actually challenging to play. 10/10 to staff

I had high expectations going into Magnolia Green Golf Club, especially given the steep price tag. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of even average standards. Price vs. Value: The green fees here are among the highest in the area, which would be fine if the course delivered a premium experience. It doesn’t. What you’re paying for is completely out of step with the quality you receive. At nearly $100 for a round, I expected well-maintained fairways, consistent greens, and professional management—not what I got. Course Conditions: The course was in terrible shape. Tee boxes were un…

Very good course with a challenging layout and tough greens. Sadly played on a day when it poured with rain so bunkers were unplayable. Staff were great and very friendly. Would be great to play again when the weather improves!

Best semi private in Virginia. Deceptively easy looking course, but it’s not , it’s very challenging. Greens are absolutely diabolical. New carts re spectacular and course is in very good shape

The course fairways and greens were in great shape. The greens putted very true. But, the bunkers were terrible, lots of water, which was understandable since heavy rains in the area the previous night. I say this but they didn't get that way from one rain. Anyhow, still a very nice course!

After seeing one of their chefs post insensitive comments on Facebook about a person dying is disgraceful.
