I've eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. Definitely check out happy hours but even prime time offers great food at a solid value. Some of the best burgers you're gonna get in town. Warm weather brings outdoor seating and a beautiful view of the reservoir and 1st tee. Servers are friendly and attentive, bartenders and runners are equally fantastic.

Food was horrible. 5 men at my table, all hated it. Chicken tasted like salt. Everything was bad. Other people said the same thing.

My co workers and I hosted a retirement party last weekend. We had 80 guests. Kim was easy to work with and responsive to our questions. Her staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! I highly recommend using them for your next event!

We celebrated my daughter’s graduation on May 11th 2025 at the Hollow room! The atmosphere was very pleasant, the service was decent and the food was tasty. As for the rate, it was affordable

The venue itself is gorgeous. Everything following I would not recommend. After months of searching, we decided to choose Kim Donohoe and her team at Manchester Country Club to host us and our guest for a baby shower on 06/03/2023. This event was very special to us as this was our first child. We had family coming from all over the US to be apart of this day. The months prior working with Kim was great. She seemed to be able to honor all of our requests and was very responsive. The week of the event there was rain forecasted. We made sure to reach out to confirm that Kim would be prepared to…

Nice course, very well kept. Jordan the Pro is a good guy. The place sort of has that old guy country club vibe but didn't give us any issues. Pace of play was good, good old New England course.

I just learned that someone critical to the running of The Hollow, was let go. She did whatever needed to be done. She knew her customers well and was always happy to see them. That kind of service only comes with years of experience and understanding how a restaurant runs. Wherever she lands, she’ll be an asset-lucky for them, sad for us.

I am absolutely disgusted by what happened today at Manchester Country Club. A woman who dedicated 14 YEARS of her life to that place—loyal, hardworking, respected by every single member—was fired without cause, without warning, and without even the decency of a conversation. No write-ups, no performance issues—just blindsided and thrown out in a cold, heartless meeting. And the person who did it? Someone who’s only been there four years and only holds power because he married into the family. The owner’s son-in-law—a man who barely acknowledges the members, let alone respects them. He wouldn…

The one person that was the glue that kept The Hollow running flawlessly was let go. She went out of her way to get to know her customers and make them feel welcome. The one night when I was there and she was not the service was poor at best. The new GM walks around and selects who he wants to talk to and does not interact. She on the other hand talked to everyone making them feel like this was your home away from home. Why she was not the GM was beyond me as she far surpassed anything he can or will do as she knew her customers and their needs. Sad day and will not be returning any time soon.

First time at Manchester on 6/19/25. Tee'd off about 11 am on a 93 degree day. Crazy hot and humid. Loved the course. Greens very nice. Bunkers nice sand. Pace of play very good. Found the staff very nice but the Starter (sorry, don't remember his name) was the best. Very courteous and personable. He went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed and to inform us about the course. Course is far from home. Won't get back soon but will make a point of getting back asap. Thank you.

Beautiful course still the beginning of the season, but the course played well and was challenging on a good amount of holes. The only thing wrong was the price 65 for the beginning of the season was a little much.
