In summary

Mingo Springs Golf Course is praised for its stunning mountain views and challenging layout, particularly on the front nine, with friendly staff and a charming clubhouse adding to the experience. While the greens are generally well-maintained, some visitors note issues with the fairways and cart paths, and a few feel the course is overpriced given its condition. Despite these concerns, many golfers appreciate the peaceful setting and overall value, especially when visiting during less crowded times.

Awesome views and a tough course. Hilly terrain for the most part, tough greens and a few fun drives.

Beautiful views. Front 9 way more interesting than back 9. The course needs some love and desperately needs water.

Back again, love the course. Remember when the ball rolled, greens were small and rolled true. This course plays like original golf. Course conditions are wonderful and staff is on top of everything. Pull in and a cart server arrives, “Would you like a cart for todays round?” Register at the pro shop and cold drinks and snacks are there. Away you go. I promise my next visit will be with Tony Penna woods and irons. Old school golf clubs and with modern golf balls! A must play in Maine. Gear up and make the trip up to Rangeley.

Lovely views but outrageously overpriced for a very low quality course. The fairways are anything but level and the greens are filled with dead spots. Good luck finding a ball cleaner with water in it. Pretty much everything about this course is subpar and they have the audacity to charge $65. Tourist trap leave the clubs at home.

Very nice and beautiful 18 holes. The views are fabulous, the course is dry due to the drought, but the greens are in very good condition 👌. Very friendly folks at the pro shop also. A word to the wise, I always walk and this course will wear you out, especially the front side!! I'll be back for another 18, but with a cart. 😉

THE VIEW! Wow is it amazing. Mountains on both sides of the course. The downside is we drove threw what looked to be the driving range to get to the back nine. The cart paths weren’t good at all. Very rocky. Not paved at all. The clubs were getting scratched up from all the banging. The fairways aren’t very good. Greens were good tho. Tee boxes were ok. Also there is no sign where you have to go down a dirt road to get to the place. If you didn’t use gps or didn’t know where it is. You may not be able to find it because you may not have service. Good bones just needs some improvement. Had fun…

Great little course very rarely crowded. Nice interesting track. Sometimes the greens are in tough shape but this year they were great with a few brown spots. Worth it for a value go in the evening. Views are awesome!

Lovely Old New England style 18 hole course. Grand views on the front 9. Challenging enough for medium to advanced players. Fun!

You don't know if you should keep taking pictures or swing your next shot. This place is beautiful with amazing vistas on every hole. Charming seaside cottage for a club house . And cute Inn and accommodations guests were happily hiking as we golfed . Ps amazing beer selection in the cooler wish more places did this.

We are avid golfers, i mean 130 rounds a year. This course in late Sept early Oct is as pretty as any course in the world. Yes, read that again. The mountains are 360 degrees, the course changes elevation and the terrain is perfect for a golf course especially the front 9. The family running the business is as nice as the views....can't wait to return.
