Super fun layout that you should try and play with someone who’s played there frequently as there’s some semi-blind tee shots and local knowledge would help keep you from hitting into hazards. Great course conditions and decent pace of play the afternoon we played the front 9 - the other twosome was a no-show but we walked and didn’t have to rush with a foursome ahead of us, allowing my son and I to talk and enjoy each other’s company. They warned us that the walk from the 8th green to the 9th tee was really difficult (which is was) but the rest was very walkable - even for a Floridian like me…

This is definitely a challenging and fun course, the different layouts makes it interesting, some holes you have to play smart and some others you can hit as hard as you can on the wide open fairways, helpful and friendly staff, the views of the city and the mountains close by are great.

Old Mill Golf Course has a really interesting layout with a good mix of challenging holes that keep the round engaging and fun. The design rewards smart shot placement and makes it an enjoyable course for a wide range of skill levels. Overall, it’s a course I enjoy playing and one that’s definitely worth trying. That said, course conditions—especially the greens—can be a bit hit and miss. On some days they’re in great shape, while other times they’re affected by ball marks, traffic marks, and seed shells, which can detract from the experience. With more consistent green maintenance, this cour…

I am out of state- but when I come to Utah, my brothers and I usually find ourselfs golfing at this course. We like the layout and it is well maintained. It could get backed up a little, but other than that, it's a good course to hit for sure.

Fun course. Good elevation changes with some nice vistas. Interesting greens. Well kept. It would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the holdup to get my round started and there not being a course Marshall. Other than that it was a great place to play golf during my stay in slc.

I played the back nine thinking that I wanted a more fun experience because the front 9 from a glance looked boring but all 18 are diverse and awesome. This is a great course and it's in great shape. The club house folks and the maintenance crew are super accommodating and friendly. You will lose golf balls though so bring a few extra.

Great golf course even when cold in the morning. Pro shop employees were super friendly and very good prices for hiring clubs $15 for 9 holes. Course was in great condition and pace of play was very good

Old Mill has this cool old-school parkland feel—tons of huge trees and the fairways are carpet-like. The layout is straightforward but the mature trees force you to shape shots. Greens are medium speed and hold approach shots well. Lots of locals who’ve played here forever—super friendly vibe. The clubhouse still has that classic look with wood paneling. Staff remembers regulars and always has a smile. Perfect course for a relaxed weekend round.

Usually love this track. 5 stars. But today was kind of a joke. Started off a bit slow(not unusual). But by the fourth hole it started to pick up. From hole 5 on.. we didn’t wait for the group in front and never saw the group behind us. On hole 9, our group ordered food. Picked it up on the turn and headed out. Played 10 , a bit slow because of a couple wayward shots and chowing down on great club sandwich. But then on 11 everyone hit decent and weren’t all that slow. However… the “marshal”. Made sure to tell us that the front 9 was backed up and there were holes on the back 9 that didn’t have…

Horrible wind and rain on the day I golfed but never the less it was in good condition nice lay out definitely play here again. Edit I have played here several times since it seems to rain every time except the last time I played here. I love the greens here ball spin reacts well on the greens. Having said that. Fall golf the greens were fuzzy long. Added difficulties to putting still great fun.
