Many visitors appreciate the friendly service from the bartenders and rangers, contributing to a pleasant golfing experience. However, some guests have expressed concerns about the customer service in the pro shop, describing interactions as unfriendly or unprofessional, and there are occasional complaints about slow play and course crowding.

Do not play here. For the same price if not cheaper, you can play a quality course that has staff that is not rude. The guy in the pro shop should get a job that he likes or perhaps a therapist. Only after reading reviews do I see that the stick has been lodged there for quite some time as others have had an equally poor experience. Won’t be back

One of the best golf courses in south suburbs, great practice facility, course in prestine shape, with a kind staff. Delicious pizza and food as well. Def going back.

I love playing this course and the bartenders/ cart girls are always friendly, but the pro shop needs a lesson on manners… We’re paying customers and it’s their JOB to answer questions and provide service for the golf course. The man there on Friday afternoon is so rude. He can’t even hold a professional conversation. It’s like he’s mad at the world. I hope the owner see this and other similar reviews. The pro shop needs an attitude check!

Best kept secret: their thin crust pizza is amazing as well as their pot roast tacos. Order at the bar and enjoy outside on a nice day! Or order it to go...

The fairways and greens are in great shape. It's a little pricey, but an enjoyable course. They serve great hot dogs!

First time golfing at this location. The courses earlier holes are long and narrow with big oak trees. The greens we small, have a lot of slope and we're technical. The rangers patrolling were polite and helpful. The course is a Par 71 as it only have 3 par 5s, however there is a long par 3 and some long par 4s. Fun course.

The Pro shop attendant is rude and non - professional at all. He seemed as if he was bothered to take my money I was there Tuesday AM at 7:00 also the starter needs a lesson on customer relations , he is rude and very ignorant. Maybe someone should give both of these guys a lesson in how to treat paying customers. I was told by the starter when I asked him a simple question” You can go elsewhere, go get Your money back and leave “.

Terrible customer service. Guy at the front desk is grumpy and acts like he does not want to be there. I made a tee time, then when I got to the course they told me it was cancelled because of an outing. Why did they let me make the tee time.if there was an outing? Then the guy at the front desk made me feel like it was my fault. No apology, nothing.

Course is in decent shape, greens were atrocious - covered with tree debris making putting nearly impossible on many holes. Pro shop staff get a D- for surly and unfriendly behavior. Hey, you’re NOT doing me a favor by answering my questions, or giving my a golf cart, buddy. It’s sort of YOUR JOB…. You need us a lot more than we need you. $52 not chump change this far from Chicago, either. Maybe take some lessons from the very nice people up in the bar..
