Great staff! Very courteous and helpful. We rented clubs and they were sufficient. Played 9 holes and we were paired up with a couple of locals who knew the course well and were eager to help us play our best. The greens were fantastic and huge compared to our home course. The fairways were in good shape except for some standing water in a few areas. All in all, it was an incredible adventure for us and if we get a chance to come back, we will definitely play again! Definitely a hidden gem for Salem!

The worst golfing experience I've had in over 10 years. Showed up 15 minutes before tee time. Proceeded to pay (rental clubs and cart for 2), they double charged me. It happens, it took 10 minutes to figure out how to get the first charge back onto my card, I thanked them for that. So now I go and get my partner with the cart and as I'm going, I get yelled at to hurry up and get to my tee time. I'm still pretty chill at this point, I get her and we get to the tee just on time. We are then told we have to wait and tee off with the next group even though our partners are teeing off right in fron…

Great, well kept muni 9 hole. Club house house everything you need including some inexpensive beer, sandwiches and wraps. There's about 4 blind holes and a couple dog legs but it isn't too challenging. Fairly forgiving course if you lose your balls often.

Local 9 hole golf course. Nicely groomed and challenging. The staff is always pleasant. Nice little snack bar.

Course was in fair shape. Dirt cart path very rough shape. First time playing here. Tuesday at 11:40 teed off on 1st hole. At 1:40, we still have 2 holes to go - very slow. No ranger to move things along. Never saw a snack cart. 4 holes totally blind. Lots of ambulance noise to keep you awake with the slow play though.

Only played the front 9 this time, but most of the cart paths are newish and nice and smooth. Medium greens, well kept fairways. Ranger was kind of an aay hole, yelled at multiple groups that weren't the issue. Bad attitude.

This 9 hole public course is always fun to play! It is kept in excellent shape ! The greens, fairways and tees are well maintained. There are some tricky reads on the greens especially on holes 2,3 and 8. There are many hilly lies on the course which makes for a challenge. Playing this course is a worthwhile experience. I wish they had a second nine to go with the first nine!

6 hour pace of play, no ranger and way too many tee times. Unacceptable - course not in great shape either, would never play here again

I haven't played every course on the North Shore, but I do enjoy this one. It is not the best, but it is a good layout with not too difficult for us once-in-a-while golfers. You get a chance to hit every club. The price is good. Fun to walk.

Great municipal course. 9 holes ranging in difficulty with hazards and such, cart paths are rugged. Low greens fees, and usually open tee times just don't expect fast play. Early bird, weekday and Salem resident specials.

Good hold. Nine hole municipality. Salem resident gets a small discount.

This is a very fun course that is kept in very good condition. And you can't beat their breakfast and lunch specials. $42 for two for 9 holes riding and that includes a breakfast sandwich, sausage, bacon or ham egg and cheese on an English muffin.
