P B Dye Golf Club is frequently praised for its beautiful, challenging layout and well-maintained course conditions, with lush fairways and fast greens that provide a memorable golfing experience. Visitors often commend the friendly and professional staff, as well as the comprehensive amenities, which include a notable pretzel dog. However, some golfers have experienced slow pace of play and occasional issues with course conditions, particularly during peak times or after adverse weather.

We had an absolute blast playing at PB Dye as we checked off state #19 in our 50-state golf journey, this time in beautiful Maryland! ⛳️ This course is truly a hidden gem. The staff was amazing, friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The course itself was in phenomenal shape, with lush fairways, smooth greens, and a layout that kept the round both fun and challenging. And here’s a pro tip: you have to try the famous pretzel dog after your round. 🌭🥨 It’s the perfect way to wrap up an already incredible day of golf. We’re so grateful for the memories at PB Dye and can’t wait to…

This is an amazing course, absolutely beautiful! The scenery, the greens, everything is phenomenal! It’s definitely challenging but worth the experience. Played for the first time here yesterday at the Capstone Classic and had a blast!

I played PB Dye Golf Club a while back when I was passing through the area heading south on vacation. So glad we stopped there! The course was in great condition and was very challenging. I don't remember how many balls I lost, but I did have a lot of fun and was happy to break 90...

Absolutely amazing golf course. Very challenging greens that were in great shape. Challenging course all around kept in great condition. Great pro shop and warm up facilities. Even the starters were cool. 9.5/10 take the speed restrictions off the carts on the down hill slopes. If we die we die.

PBDye ! Says it all ! Awesome golf course with pristine conditions! C'mon man get on over here with your friends and play some great golf on a fantastic course. All amenities you looking for they have here . Bring one more sleeve of balls that you may normally carry also. Beautiful property folks!

PB Dye really sets the standard for well maintained course. You will, in fact, catch yourself staring off, marveling over the fabric of lush fairways, hills and valleys. There is a lot of undulation that comes with this experience. This is a challenging course. You'll need to stay in the fairway or your par opportunities may be compromised. The greens were hard and fast. Do not hit down hill here. Up and downs, and chip ons were a challenge as well. The bunkers were clean and didn't pose too much of a threat. I wasn't a huge fan of their lunch options at the time. I chose a hotdog that cam…

Golfed here for an alumni fundraising tournament. I hit a hole in one and the GM drove out to me and gave me a flag to keep. An awesome moment with my buds that I’ll never forget. The course was a genuinely fun, top notch challenge. A professional staff who made you feel welcome. 5 Star Experience… chicken salad wrap was decent too.

Played PB Dye together with a friend from Sweden and had a great time. Nice course, a tough layout, with very tough sloped and ondulated greens, and a few fantastic par 3 holes. Good course to choose strategy if you know the layout. Unfortunately for our taste, just too many blind tee shots, also the greens were somewhat damaged due to too many players not knowing how to repair divots. But great service from everyone from the cart guys, starters, and rest of staff. Lots of great courses in the area.

A tough course. You will lose some balls. Pick the appropriate tees. Even getting beat up the course is fun to play with all the challenges. It's a beautiful course. The greens are huge and very fast. The attached photo shows you the size of one green.

Delighted to be able to post this edit; played PB Dye recently and what a contrast to my review below; the course is in phenomenal shape and is a testament to Chris and his green keeping team. Greens are super fast but run true. Enjoyed my round a lot here, fairways a pleasure to strike from (when we hit them) and the pace of play was good throughout (~4hrs for the round). Highly, highly recommend. ———— I really wanted to love this course, but ultimately it’s just not in good condition with respect to its peers. Pros - Friendly staff - Greens in good shape, a touch soft and slow which help…

Played here on saturday 10/4 for a twilight round. Usually have a great experience but was very disappointed with the following: Entire clubhouse and facilities were shut down due to a wedding. They should have made this known to guests. We were unable to get any food or drinks on the course, and at the turn. Cart girl unavailable. We were unable to get anything from the cart girl and when i called at 4pm they said theyd sent her around. She left at 430 to go home instead per the pro shop worker. Absent starter. Without a starter pushing people to go play, nobody starts on time resulting in…
