In summary

Palm View Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens, challenging layout, and reasonable pricing, making it a popular choice for both locals and visitors. The staff and amenities, including food and practice facilities, receive positive feedback, contributing to a pleasant golfing experience. Recently got into Golf, definitely one of the nicest courses in the valley. The greens are taking care of, and they also have a lot of family and couple specials in the afternoon. Definitely will always be my go to first choice for Golf in the valley.

Hadn't visited Good old palmview in way too long , and it didn't disappoint this course has aged extremely well. Will always be my home course as it was the place where I first hit a golf ball close to 40 years ago. Thank you Palmview (Champion Lakes)

This is simply an awesome golf ⛳️ course. It is a bit challenging, but that is part of what makes it exciting. This is the best golf course McAllen has to offer.

I loved this place! It was my first time going and I was really happy with my experience. It has great prices for practice balls. We only go to practice on the mats since we’re new at golf but I can’t wait to try the course. We went at sunset and there was quite a lot of people on the mats. We had to wait for a mat to free up but not too long. If you go at night, make sure you wear mosquito repellent because they will be all over you once it gets dark.

Game-Changing Lesson – Carlos Espinosa is the Real Deal Most of my golf game has been in decent shape for a while—I consistently shoot in the high 70s to low 80s. But the weakest part has always been around the green, especially chipping. I’d never been formally taught the proper mechanics or strategy, so my short game was always a bit of a guessing game. That all changed last week. Now that I’ve got a dedicated practice area in my backyard (huge thanks to EZ Scapes of McAllen for that!), I figured it was time to finally address my biggest weakness. But before grinding it out with bad habit…

Course was in really good shape. It was a fun round and had good time. Had 2 tacos fun the concession and they hit the spot!

Pretty good course overall. Greens are best part about this course. Fairways have gotten a bit rough and there are dead spots/dirt patches in areas. Worst part about course is lack of organization as it seems they overbook the course resulting in very packed, backed up tee boxes. Would be 4 stars if management can be better organized and would not overbook and allow walkins inbetween tee times.

I was in town on business for a couple of days and walked to this course near my hotel to hit some balls on the driving range. I inquired at the pro shop about getting some clubs and was told they don't rent clubs for the range (even though there were 5 or 6 sets of clubs behind the counter.) So don't go here for the driving range if you don't have your own clubs. You will not be welcome.

Great location, ambiance, clean and affordable! Try it around 4pm in the weekends, you will have the golf course for yourself!

Beautiful and we'll kept course. Water hazards abound so bring extra balls if you are an amateur like me lol

Played a 4 and a half hour game and on the last hole, the Marshall was being rude and hurrying us up while the other group were about 15 mins behind us. Not a great experience. Also was watching us play the last 9 holes like a hawk, not comfortable at all.
