I absolutely love this resort park. The neighbors are awesome. We don't feel like we are located in a city. It's quiet and we can actually see stars at night. This place is an absolute gem.

I have lived here four years now. The community is very well kept, all homes made from wood and I have made a lot of friends.

It's been awhile since I looked at property here. My impression was a clean well run facility however it's ruled by a women who watches people come and go from her castle. She called the sales associate at lest 5 times while the associate was taking us around. The monthly fees are way to high, you can't walk your pets on the grounds and I believe you buy the house but rent the lot. WTH?

Nice 55+ community with its own golf course and community center. The streets are a tad narrow so if you want to visit someone and their driveway is full (they're not particularly big) then you may end up blocking the road. Speed bumps and drainage dips are brutal, but that's usually to be expected in a place that will focus on traffic calming as much as a 55+ community does.

The lady that showed us around was very nice but this place wasn’t for us. Couldn’t walk your dog in the park, couldn’t drive your motorcycle cycle in. Had to leave it out behind guard shack. It was well maintained park but way to strict on rules.

Clean locale. Our experience is MH Owner BEWARE! Landlord/Owner very difficult to work with and speak with. She relies heavily on her management staff to do her dirty work! She is not flexible, understanding or receptive to open discussion of issues. She has poor business practices. Although their policy is not to allow a MH to be rented out, that is not True! They deal only with the tenant; owner to never be notified of any problems or issues related to the tenant! Let it be known that the landlord's management staff doesn't communicate with her in cases of delinquent accounts. Landlord/Owne…

BEWARE it's nice park for seniors, but make sure you prepare for continuous raises in lot rent and don't ever expect to sell. The management makes it very difficult and in the end they walk away with it all.

Owned home in park for a number of years. Great people, clean and well kept. Lot rents out of hand, place ruled by a very difficult person, her way only. If you are looking for a place, keep looking!

A classic and affordable retirement community in Cave Creek. Frank Lloyd Wright designed club house is the architectural feather in the hat.

Nice place for older ones, very quiet and peaceful. Seemed like everyone there was super friendly and the prices there for homes was very affordable for people who wants to retire..
