In summary

Paradise Valley Golf Course is frequently praised for its friendly and helpful staff, affordable pricing, and scenic setting, making it a popular choice for both beginners and experienced golfers. The course layout, particularly the Par 3 with numerous water hazards, offers a fun yet challenging experience that is ideal for practicing short game skills. However, some visitors have noted that the greens are not in the best condition, and the abundance of water hazards can be daunting for less experienced players. The facility also features a unique, historic mini-golf course that adds to its appeal.

A beautiful Par 3 course. Great for walking and working on your short game. 100 yards or less fun yet still a challenge. Lots of water so bring extra balls. Ideal for the family outings or just to relax and swing the wedges. Just played a round and it is still the best par 3 around. Love this place the views are beautiful. You better bring your best chips and putts as the course will expose you if you don't. One of the top attractions in University City.

Thought it would be a fun place for some beginner golfers. Unfortunately, you have to hit off mats, the greens are not the best, and there are tons of water hazards. When we arrived for our tee time, they only had one cart for the four of us. Which we didn't mind until we had to push the one cart the majority of the way since it was an absolute junker! We still managed to have some fun, and we'll be back. Now that we're more prepared knowing what to expect.

This is my favorite Par 3 course in Charlotte! I have been here 3-4 times and the afternoon view was stunning every time. The course is very clean and well maintained. It only costs 11 dollars to play 18 holes. The course is very fun yet challenging as it has a lot of water where you can easily lose your balls.

This was one my first real golf experiences. Played this course about two months ago, course was in rough condition but still very playable for the cost. Staff was very friendly, carts worked great. Greens were very slow, almost unplayable. Course was in very bad shape, but the price was great, had a great time despite the courses condition. Probably would not come back, unless trying to work on chipping.

Played 18 with cart. I feel bad for this place. Giant clubhouse, newish mats, 8 holes over water, island green, game room. Zero cars in the parking lot. Probably cause the greens are awful. I didn't putt, I would just knock the ball off the green and practice chipping. Could be an extraordinary great place.

18 hole Par 3 course with TONS of water in play. Guy said there is water on 8 holes but it’s more like 16. It does get backed up on the weekends and you are right in top on the other groups and groups coming back towards you. It exceeded our expectations.

Greens are ok. Distances 54-90 yards. Only about 3 holes in the longer range. Most 54-70 yards. Keep your head on a swivel.

Nice place to spend some time during the weekend. You can play golf, mini golf and ping pong. Ping pong table is inside of the building. Mini golf is one of the oldest mini golf in this area. It was a nice experience and the weather was lovely.

Fun course to play! Staff is very nice as well. The water holes are challenging, definitely bring extra balls. Greens aren’t in the best shape but overall a good course to work on your short game!

A “hidden gem” unique miniature golf course, over 100 years old! Lost Duffers, it’s fun, no matter the weather - 9 holes outside, 9 inside in an old mine shaft. Very nice staff - super good time had by these three young guys - enjoying a beautiful day. Not crowded and also has a par three golf course; both very reasonable prices.
