Petoskey Bay View Country Club

We hosted our wedding weekend events at the Petoskey Bay View Country Club and could not have asked for a more beautiful or welcoming venue! From the rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks to the day-after brunch, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. A special thank you to Abby Birchfield, who was an absolute dream to work with. Abby went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and her coordination and warmth made a world of difference. The venue itself is gorgeous, the food was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout. We are so grateful…

I played there for a GAM event. Played a practice round and was never informed they only took cash or check for that round. Played the practice and husband was needing to eat on the turn and they refused to feed him. Said " We can't make that your not a member" he asked for a burger. She was serving "members" I guess at the bar when I walked in and heard them ordering. A meal was served at the tournament end which was good. But the service was lacking.

I played in a golf tournament at this beautiful, historic golf course. The golf course was in excellent condition and the staff was very accommodating.

Have been a member since 1979 so I'm biased. A terrific little club. Beautiful 18 hole walkable golf course. And of course a wonderful meal or light lunch in the clubhouse. I truly enjoy the club. Grand Summer fun.

If you like old style golf courses that are tight and smaller greens then you will really enjoy this course. Very quick greens are the norm. Nice facilities as well with a fabulous food menu and large pro shop. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very well kept course with challenging holes on the front side and wide open fairways on the back (for golfers like me). The golf pro is a great person and I always look forward to the conversations with him. They do a great job both in the pro shop and on the course. Some of the better greens in the area that play very fast. This is one of my favorite places to play, and there's plenty of food options near by, as it is right off of 131 in petoskey.

As the guest or Art and his son Eric, I was blessed to spend the day at this awesome old gem of a course. More fun than one man deserves. Thanks to my hosts and the wonderful staff. Can’t wait to try again next year.

Kudos to chef Matt and his team.....our meal last night was fantastic....from the shrimp and grits to the honey lavender rhubarb cake! Fantastic! Looking forward to his next creations......

Second oldest golf club in Michigan they are planning a course alteration a mistake in mho. City of Petoskey needs to dead end a road which cuts through the course on the 6th hole. Road just a cut through....not as important as the integrity of a course that is almost 110 years old.

Great atmosphere and views. Wait staff was polite and efficient (played cards and had refreshments so can't comment on the food)

Beautiful and elegant the property is well maintained and they accent the feel of the old bay style homes flawlessly trust me you gotta go stay a night here
