In summary

Pine Creek Golf Course receives praise for its interesting layout, scenic views, and some well-maintained greens, with many appreciating the friendly staff and clubhouse amenities. However, several visitors express concerns about the course's condition, citing inconsistent maintenance, high prices, and issues with waterlogged areas and temporary greens. Additionally, some golfers find the rates steep for the experience offered, and there are mentions of slow pace of play and limited food options.

Fantastic public course with a great layout and big undulating greens. The front is more open than back. Last 3 par 5's played long, straight into the wind. Even with 3 days of rain, course was pretty dry. Proshop gentleman was nice and very accommodating by letting me walk out solo in front of everyone, even without a tee time. Highly recommend this course any time off yes

This is easily one of the worst courses around Nashville and absolutely not worth the money. The prices are ridiculous for the condition of the course. The entire place was flooded—every single hole had standing water all over the fairways. It hadn’t even rained in days, which makes it completely unacceptable. To make it worse, there were two holes where the actual greens were under repair, so they literally cut temporary greens into the fairway. Trash. You’re basically putting into the middle of the fairway—it completely ruins the hole. They might as well just close those holes instead of pr…

Insanely overpriced and poor conditions. Smyrna Ready Mix bought this course and it’s been junk ever since. Fairways and greens are very inconsistent. Can tell this is run by people that have no idea what they’re doing and trying to cash grab as much as they can. Course was pretty much empty on prettiest day of the year because it’s being run into the ground.

I used to love this golf course. However, over the past few years, it has raised its prices and the staff there seems to be so power hungry. They act like this is a course played on the PGA tour.. and let me tell you.. it’s not that nice. The only thing that’s worth the money there is the food. Believe me. One last thing, my friend (girl) who was riding with us had to use the restroom in the woods because all the bathrooms were locked. I can’t believe we paid so much money to have to pee in the woods.

Very interesting course in good condition at a very affordable price. Looking back over older reviews was happy to find the sand bunkers and course in great shape. Open fairways with challenging greens/short game. Lots of fun to play! Highly recommend!

Another course with great potential but poor care. The layout features beautiful views but the tee boxes are awful and many of the greens unplayable. The course maintenance is terrible which is a shame because with basic care this could be an awesome golf course.

They are in the midst of changing the fairways. Wasn't expecting lift clean & place in soggy fairways (1,2,4,5, 11,14 & 15)on 90 degree day...& cart path only! Still charged normal rate($40) for cart & 18. With windtree closed, I'm worried they are going to raise rates as though they are Hermitage or Gaylord which they are no where near, even with improved fairways. They did have towels, tees & bottled water (not cold, again a 90 degree day. They did have a large orca cooler with bottled water on two holes (6 & 14) no beverage cart on course. The clubhouse has been improved a little with hardw…

Played 9 holes. Great greens but a little wet but still fun. Have not played in over a year. Very nice course.

Great local course, not too challenging but had some moments on the course where you had to definitely consider your shot and the shot after. Good views, nice and quiet, and the course itself was in nice shape.

For a round of golf in January, this course was in great shape. Nice staff and challenging holes!

Played during week. Teeboxes, fairways and greens were in good shape. Greens were very soft, and unfortunately ignorant golfers left many ball marks from that day. We fixed 3 to 4 every hole. Pine Creek is a really good course and the staff takes pride in their course, and it shows!

Played this course for years living in Mount Juliet. Was such a hidden gem, then was bought out and new owners have ruined it. 70+ dollars on a weekday afternoon and there’s not a tee time booked. Used to love walking up and paying a reasonable greens fee and enjoying a quiet round. Now I can pay 10-15 dollars more and play Hermitage or any other nicer, better maintained course.
