What People Say

In summary

Two Rivers Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens and fairways, offering a challenging yet enjoyable layout with picturesque views, particularly from certain holes. The staff is generally regarded as friendly and accommodating, contributing to a positive experience for many visitors. However, some golfers express frustration with the booking system and occasional overcrowding, noting that tee times can be difficult to secure and that the course can be busy with events.

I’ve been to several Nashville Public golf courses, and Two Rivers is so far the nicest one yet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The clubhouse is clean and spacious. There is plenty of parking with spots under trees (which is particularly nice on hot days). The course is well kept and has a good blend of sand and water hazards, trees, bends, and hills and valleys. The carts are in good shape as are the rental clubs. I’ll definitely be back to play a full 18.

This is an awesome little track for the money. I never know what to expect when I pick a random municipal course to stop at, but I am happy with the outcome of this one. The pro shop staff was professional and courteous. The course it self was in great condition, their new Bermuda greens rolled quicker than most municipal courses. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a quality round of golf for less than 30 dollars.

Great gem of a public golf course in the off Briley Parkway in Nashville. It's one of the better public courses in Nashville. The Bermuda greens are in good shape and the fairways are pretty good too. The course is also easy to walk for golfers that prefer not to ride. Hole 8 has a great view of downtown Nashville while hole 11 on the back nine is one of the most picturesque par 3s you will ever see. One cannot go wrong playing this course as it is moderately priced. Definitely a bang for the buck.

Probably one of the best public courses in middle Tennessee. Tee boxes and fairways are in great shape, greens are damn near perfect! Fast as hell! Staff is always great.

Fun hilly course close to Opryland..Steve in the clubhouse is an absolute gentleman and was soo nice and accommodating! I played this course twice while in town as I was impressed with the layout, beautiful views, and enjoyable track! Will definitely play again when I return to Nashville!

The course is consistently in great shape, but Metro golf management is terrible. Tee time system is only over the phone a week in advance, and is consistently booked completely by regulars. There's a good chance you can walk on for a tee time, but also a good chance there's a random tournament that shuts down the entire course (tournament schedule is not available online). IF you can get on, you'll enjoy the course. But the Metro golf system needs an entire rework.

Challenging course, played 9 holes(walked)...quads felt it. Lost 2 balls in the Bermuda. Great course.

I've never played the front 9 but the back 9 is fun to play. It can be walked in 90min if you walk quickly. A few longer holes, and a few fairly short holes keep it interesting. The greens are in great shape and so are the fairways. I just wish they had a better practice range. Show up later in the day and you might spot the group of 7 or 8 deer that frequent the area around hole #13.

Great, fun, even if an easy layout. Hilly course, but the course is very straightforward. Lots of doglegs on the front and straightaway holes on the back. Typical metro course conditioning, which is to say it's ok. Fairways could be tighter, greens are good. Nobody rakes a bunker, ever.

Nice greens. 8th hole view of Nashville skyline. They did pair us two up with one other guy on our T time. Luckily it worked out because he was cool. Didn't like that they do that though. I'd come back.

Very well kept municipal course. Just challenging enough. A few hills, but still walkable.
