Very nice and very fast greens. Would have been nice if leaves would have blown off greens. Fairways and tees were excellent.

Nice course. Playing in a Nor'easter weather makes it challenging. Will be back next year for better weather.

Great experience at Prestwick golf club! Nice pro shop. lots of merchandise. food was good! we were the first group to tee off that morning set the pace of play everything from conditions to coming in on number 18 by the water. listening to the bagpipes being played was spectacular! The only thing that could have been better the tea boxes had been overly sanded which understandably so has to happen. this was a little excessive and unfortunate but didn't take away from our day. also, when we got around to the second nine they had loaded up the tee box. had I known this wouldn't have made the fi…

Course was very challenging. Great layout and AMAZING shape. Staff, beverage service was great, but the starter on 1/17 was a big distractor. That guy obviously did not want to be there and was borderline rude to our group of 16. Lighten up, Sir. It's golf.

Would have given Prestwick CC 5 stars but instead of having our 1:40 tee time, they moved it to 1:57 (and didn't contact us about this change), and still didn't tee off until after 2:30. Total time on the course, 5+ hrs, unexceptable, as it should have been 4 hrs max to do 18 here.. When unexpected buses of people come in the morning and afternoon without tee times, and are allowed out over reservation customers, this is poor management. Saw in the eyes of the bag drop staff, they didn't look all that happy and we're running around with their heads cut off, I felt bad for them.. Most courses i…

Awesome Place!! Unfortunately it has rain a lot last day’s and it was car path only. But anyway, the course is in a great shape and we had a great tournament out there. Pace of play was a little slow, but this is normally on a tournament. Greens are in great condition and not easy to read. The rangers and staff are very friendly and helpful. Specially one ranger he is 91 years old, I think his name is Dexter was enjoyable and funny.

Love playing this course, not sure why, the greens are fast, tricky and hard. 😉 This course can be challenging, and long, some tricky holes with trouble all around you. Layout is superb, as is the landscaping. I keep coming back and certainly have no hesitation recommending it. It's in my top 10 for sure.

Upside...Typical Dye course. Difficult but fun. Downside...5 hour round. Multiple times we saw rangers riding around but the pace of play never improved. Caught up with the foursome in front of us on the second hole. From tee to green, we waited, and waited and waited on 17 of 18 holes. If rangers are on the course, they should move players along at a reasonable pace.

This is a MONEY GRAB........DON'T!!!!!! Geez, tee boxes complete sand boxes, cart path only, no water or even ice in the coolers, carry your own clubs up and back from carts, and worst of all, overbooked, extremely slow , and not a ranger in sight!! Any other course with an interest in thier customers, and offering so many drawbacks , would toss you a discount, but no, full price. This was the case, today, 11/08/25. An earlier review mentioned many of these same shortcomings, and yet nothing has changed. Will NEVER play this course again, and would tell EVERYONE to find a more friendly and…

I played here 7/30. Course is not in the same caliber as other top courses. Overall the course is good. Some holes are really tight like #17. I was shocked to see no GPS on the carts. Many of the tee boxes had dead grass. It is worth a look for most but if given a choice I would have played elsewhere.

Played here during PGA Champ week with a home owner there and it was fantastic!! I absolutely loved the course and for the most part was in great shape! Pace of play was good and the folks in the pro shop and bar were very friendly. Looking forward to playing it again one day when I am back in town!
