In summary

Ridgemark Golf & Country Club is appreciated for its family-friendly atmosphere, scenic location, and reasonable pricing, with some guests finding the golf course and restaurant to be enjoyable. However, many visitors have expressed concerns about the outdated and unclean condition of the rooms, inconsistent customer service, and poor Wi-Fi connectivity. While some guests had positive interactions with staff, others experienced unprofessional service and maintenance issues during their stay.

I booked a room for my newly wedded niece. The booking process was pleasant, however front desk service was less than expected. The desk person was mono toned, never cracked a smile, and offered no direction to the room location. They did however provide me with an e-key to enter the room to leave an arrival/wedding gift. Upon entry to the room, I noticed the room was very run down. Walls needed painting, there was a spot that had been repaired with visible wall mud exposed. The bathtub had a tinge/stain to it. There are several other rooms that looked to be vacant, so I am not sure why they p…

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT IN STAFF. Booked a round of golf for 2 adults. Brought a child with me. Checked in at 12:24 for a 1:08 tee time. Asked for an additional cart (accepting the additional cost of course). Employee stated he would ask his manager. Manager came in without a word. Employee stated that he couldn't accommodate me and they don't allow spectators. The manager then stated looking at me and the computer stating they had to save the carts for other upcoming guests. "Only for paying customers". I told him I was willing to pay. Then came up with other excuses. I had to pay for an addition…

We had to switch room as the ac was broken in the first. The staff was helpful with that but that was the only time they were. Called for extra towls and never got them the person i talked to wasvery dismissive and didnt seem to want to be there. The shower is a death trap if you can even shower. There was no water pressure it was more of a trickle then a flow, almost have to use a cloth to get cleaned as you get more water that way then from the shower head. The toilet is on the floor almost. The room was dirty and the walls looked it a kindergarten painted them. The floors were dirty along w…

My friend and I stayed here while taking hang gliding lessons in Tres Pinos because of its proximity and reasonable price. I disagree with many of the reasons for bad reviews here. Our room was perfectly clean, all of the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was great. The room is also spacious and comfortable and the scenery is gorgeous. The one bad thing, and this was a big one for us, was the spotty and poor wifi connectivity. Even in the main building I struggled to have conference calls and resorted to using my hotspot. I get that most…

Ridgemark is a family friendly golf course. It’s nice. Not too fancy. They have a well stocked bar and the food is good.

Room was dirty base boards hadn’t been cleaned floor was dirty toilet looked like someone had used it and didn’t flush all the way bed spread smelled would had left but was pet friendly and we have a little Yorki people next door didn’t even clean there big dogs poop . My boyfriend picked it up . Really need to get on your housekeepers this is unacceptable . Would not recommend. Place is out dated but should be cleaned for your guests. Being outdated is not a problem the problem is there dirty.

My family stayed here while attending wedding in town It is an older property on a lovely golf course. Unfortunately this is standard Hollister which means good enough. But you should set the standards higher The rooms had cobwebs and I am told there was hair in the sink and in the sheets. Not acceptable. Bring your standards up and you will have more customers. I bought a gift certificate for my son's family. He was there 2 nights. Restaurant never open for breakfast and closed at 900 for dinner. Most people on vacation want breakfast and need later dinner. I so wanted this place to make a go…

Driving range is a "pain in the rumpus" to get to. Not ADA friendly. Arrive late afternoon and the sun is likely to be in your eyes.

HONEST REVIEW!!!: Where do I begin on this horrible night I spent here. This review is strictly on the hotel and front desk experience. I checked in, I want to say around 4:30 PM at the latest on a Saturday. I was in town for a wedding coming from out of town so my husband and I rushed in the room got dressed and left and did not come back to the room until almost midnight. My first opinion of the room is It is a very big room that we got two king size beds. HOWEVER, everything in this room seemed like it was very outdated and old. Once we started pulling the sheets back to the beds, we notice…

I was a little hesitant going to Ridgemark for a two-night "stay and play" after reading some of the negative reviews. However, I set up the trip with Nikki and she was amazing to work with. Answered all of my many questions promptly and courteously. Then upon arrival I found the rooms to be mildly outdated but much nicer than expected. Clean, large, equipped with all the essentials including a fridge and a microwave... I'm not sure what else people need. The service at the bar was friendly. We'll probably go back. Thanks again Nikki!

Here's the thing. The bathroom is outdated but large. The room is large with a vaulted ceiling and patio. Modern farmhouse vibes, which I like. Let's start with the trim on the exterior. White trim pops. Now, a suggestion for $50 or less indoor renovation... 1. Change the shower head. It's so 80's and doesn't work like it used to. The water pressure is great! But you can get a good one for $30. 2. Take out the middle shelf in the closet and put the mini fridge there. 3. Put the microwave on the top shelf above the mini fridge. 4. Lose the vintage towel holder and replace it with a bar so…
