In summary

Rivers Edge Golf & Country Club is appreciated for its friendly staff, scenic setting, and improvements made by new ownership, particularly in course maintenance and restaurant offerings. The golf course, while short and occasionally challenging, has received mixed reviews regarding its condition, with some noting issues like bumpy fairways and slow greens. The restaurant garners positive feedback for food quality and service, though some diners have experienced delays and inconsistencies in menu availability.

Some may say for the price it’s worth it . For me it’s not . Very little differentiation from fairway to fairway, tee off and you could be hitting your second shot from up to 3 different fairways , and for me I couldn’t tell which I hole I was on many of the times . The whole course, I feel has seen little to no water other than what may have fell from the sky . A few holes backtracking to get to the next tee box . For me , not worth the drive or the price . Course is in rough shape, in all areas .

It's a fun bush course..but remember it is a bush course! The greens were a liitle furry though. The restaurant has a small menu, we had 4 different items & all were hot & tasty..recommend the sweet potato fries..they were awesome. The staff at the registration desk & restaurant we friendly & efficient. Worth a visit!

Came for breakfast. Great staff. Food was amazing! Haven't enjoyed a breakfast like that in a long time. Eggs perfect! Bacon done just right. Green onion in the roasted potatoes is an awesome touch. Will be back! Can't wait to try the golf course. Looks beautiful this year. The view is great too

Came here for dinner because we were in the area - amazing food and friendly staff! You could definitely tell the meals were homemade and they were the perfect portions, so you leave feeling completely full but not stuffed. For two burgers, two fries, two drinks, and dessert it was just 30$. Amazing! Will definitely come back more often this summer!

Excellent food - excellent service - well worth checking this venue out! We went there to celebrate a birthday yesterday - what a pleasant afternoon and the staff were very engaging! Will be back again for sure. Anyone looking for a diversion from the city would be happy to try this venue! Locally sourced produce and excellent menu choices. A great addition to the Beausejour community for sure.

My meal at the restaurant was fantastic! All I did was order the special and wow! As for the course, it is fairly new, and not particularly difficult, yet. It has potential. I'd walk rather than ride. Fairways are terribly bumpy if you ride.

The restaurant needs to communicate better to patrons. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive. We were told later it was because of under staffing and a huge take out order that was done just as we arrived. The food was excellent though.

Super limited menu, 45 minute wait for 2 chicken Cesar wraps and one sweet potato fries. Tasted average at best. Chose a tip option and a higher percentage was processed. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Food and service was very good. Comfortable atmosphere. Appreciated the great parking for snowmobilers. We have already returned a couple times and never been disappointed. One time we had to wait for breakfast a little excessively, but not a big deal.

Went for lunch in the Amore restaurant. Not impressed. I had Chicken Alfredo, and it was terrible. Too much parmesan in the sauce...very grainy. The noodles were very underdone..very chewy. One piece of chicken was underdone. Then there were 2 children running around screaming and throwing toys from above the kitchen area. One waitress almost got hit. Charge too much for sub standard food. Also I was supposed to get garlic bread, but waitress told me they ran out and were going to make up something in its place, never received anything. Will not go back and wouldn't give it a good recommendati…

Great little golf course...small but challenging greens and beautiful trees. New owners keep the course running smoothly. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF! The Amorie Restaurant is a grave disappointed. Ate there a few time and waited over an hour for an “on the menu special” for below average results! Waiting staff are great but the kitchen needs work!!!!! Thus the 3 rating !!!! OVERALL... I LOVE THIS COURSE! Only 9 holes but still alot of fun....
