Went to play 18 They did not have carts. Had to wait an hour for a cart. Was playing a best ball with 6 people. We had a tie after 18 and management complained of our rate of play. When we let every person play through. Also started behind a 6 some that was playing every ball. Tried to play 1 to settle the tie and a guy came out yelling that we only paid for 18. And wouldn't let us proceed
