In summary

San Juan Golf & Country Club is praised for its well-maintained greens, enjoyable course layout, and friendly staff, with many visitors highlighting the quality of the food and welcoming atmosphere. However, some guests have expressed concerns about high fees and inconsistent customer service experiences, particularly regarding reservations and pricing transparency. The club offers a variety of amenities, including a restaurant, driving range, and practice areas, though some note the driving range is relatively small.

The greens are well kept and the course is fun. There's a good mix of par 3s-5s. Great restaurant and bar. The food is fantastic here. The driving range is a little small but it gets the job done. There's a putting green and a wedge practice spot as well. Overall, a very nice course with welcoming staff and great social environment.

Called to book a pickleball court, since you can’t make a reservation online. They don’t have any cost listed, and they decided not to share that when I made the reservation over the phone. When we showed up, they told us it was over $20 per person for two hours. So after tax, it was almost $100 to play freaking pickleball. I didn’t want to look like a jerk in front of my family, so I just paid it without making a scene. But shame on these people. That is super freaking shady. Don’t give them your business!

Stopped by to play 9 holes with my wife. I about fell over when the guy behind the counter told me it would $54 per person for 9 holes plus $22 for a cart! It was 8am on a beautiful Friday morning and no one was playing the course. Jeez, I wonder why??

A hidden gem. The course can be as long as you want or as short as you want. The greens are well watered and maintained. The course is easy to walk and no houses to hit along the fairways. The best surprise is the excellent lunch food served. My wife and I will go back just for lunch, the food was so good. Before you sit outside ask about the "bee situation". Some days the bees are swarming the outside lunch patio. Other days they are missing in action.

Braved the elements in November but ended up getting a dry round until the last hole! I was the only one out, and had the course to myself. It had dumped rain the night before but the course held up well and the greens were in excellent condition and had just been cut and rolled. Staff are friendly too. I'll play here each time I'm on the island.

Sad to see the day where the price gouging would make it to the islands golf course. Thought it was just Kings Market. After coming here yearly to play a round I played my last one. Between the green fees and pace of play it was a legitimately unenjoyable experience. I guess they only want wealthy peoples money, and all of it apparently as the course was clearly overbooked.

Simply perfect...the course is in fantastic shape. Greens were probably on par with the best ive played in Wa - good speed not overly fast. Short layout but set up for shotmaking or bombing. Would definitely recommend.

I went to play nine holes, I was ready to go when I got there, all I had to do is pay. And the person who's name is Davin wouldn't let me play. There was no one there and holes 1 and 2 were empty. But another single came up and he let him out ? Go figure I have no idea what this person's problem is, was or will be. Also I have no idea why he didn't pair me with the other single ? Or let me out after him. This is the worst treatment I've ever received at a golf course. Good thing they have a power trip person working at their front counter. Cause that's who I'd want representing my business. The…

Brenda from Susie's Mopeds suggested we go to San Juan Golf Course for the best breakfast enroute to Roche Harbor. She was spot-on! Delicious meal of the Eggs Benedict for me, and a "Make-Your-Own" omelette for my husband, recommended by Reed! (Thanks, Reed!! YUM!!!) Reed also shared some ideas for stops along the way to our destination and we had a blast.

A fun golf course with some water hazards. The rates are reasonable and it wasn't that crowded. The ground is currently dried out so you can get an extra roll. At about 6pm the wind started to blow so bring a jacket!

Are you kidding! What a place! When my favorite golf instructor Connie Gregor took the head pro job there I had to come over for lessons because she is by far the best instructor of ALLLLL TIME! And low and behold a wonderful course and grill and people present such a welcoming feel. Well, go and get the good feeling yourself because words aren't enough to describe what they have there! Cheers! Gary Markusen

The food was great at the course and the lovely people at the pro shop were super helpful and carried all my favorite brands. Ended up buying a bunch of golf clothes. Didn’t get to play the course yet but looked fun!
