We rented the ballroom for my parents' celebration of life, and the staff was so kind and easy to work with. Rebecca, you made a very hard day a little easier, and I can't thank you enough for your help. The food was wonderful, the setup was tasteful and understated, the staff was attentive, and there was plenty of space for people to mingle and share stories. All in all, losing both parents gets 0/10 stars, but the goodbye party was a 10/10, thanks to the Sea Trail events staff.

Played two rounds of golf at Byrd and Maples on separate occasions. Both courses are in great shape. The golf Trail Pass offered very good rates. Stopped by at Sunset Grille afterwards. It provides fine dining with great food. Overall it has been a very delightful experience.

Played Bird course and front nine of Jones course on 12/28/25. Bird course was in good winter condition tee to green; greens rolled smooth and quick. Jones course was in similar condition except for greens, which were much slower and somewhat bumpy. Enjoyed layout of Jones course more but given condition, would play bird at the moment. Clubhouse was very nice and lunch food was great. Biggest downside is that there is no driving range at the course.

We used the Sea Trail Convention Center for our annual Carolina Shores Christmas party and we are definitely glad the Convention Center is open again! Planning our function was made simple by Rebecca and her staff provided exceptional dinner and bar service. Looking forward to many more holiday memories here.

WOW! I hidden gem! The leadership is really investing in this property - the golf course is in great shape - fun to play - I believe they have three, 18 hole courses....lots of improvements! The clubhouse is awesome and next time we will try the restaurant for dinner - looks awesome! Nice folks - great service - we will be back! Thanks for a nice time!

Played the Jones course. It was alright. Some greens needed repairs but the reason for the rating is not really related to the course. Left my range finder in the cart. Called and got confirmation they had it. I had already went back home so I asked them to mail it. Gave them my address and even my card number to cover shipping. 5 weeks later and no less then 6 calls to the pro shop and it hasn't been shipped, or, if it was it was certainly not shipped to me. Claimed it was shipped yet didn't have a tracking number. Laughable, really. Each time there is an excuse or some BS reason. Original…

Where do you want your golf game to go? I had a wonderful one-on-one golf lesson with Cameryn Smith today! I have been struggling with my irons and wanted help! Cameryn was a great listener, very observant, and so encouraging. In one hour, I was connecting like never before! She didn’t overwhelm me with too many tips…she gave me just a few focus points. She’s very professional and talented! I encourage anyone wanting to improve their game to make time with Cameryn. Thank you for a great day! I can’t wait for the next time!

Sign in for the coastal race productions is a great location. Easy and easy out. I anticipate one day we'll hang out there and watch football and enjoy bar and grill area.

We had a Golf group of 24 people that stayed in the clubhouse villas(3) specifically unit 11 B. Our room had more cobwebs than you could stand all over the porches in the skylights. The bathrooms had plaster fallen off of the ceiling. Light switches didn’t work lamp switches were either broken or missing Ceiling fans wobbled, and made noises all night. thermostats were broken in other people’s rooms and they did nothing to repair them beyond sending a service guy who didn’t repair them until three days into our trip. The golf courses were fine and the amenities at the pro shop and the restaura…

Great facility. Friendly staff. No driving range. The Byrd Course was in great shape. Pin placements were a joke.
