In summary

Seascape Resort is praised for its excellent location with stunning beach views and convenient access to local attractions, making it a popular choice for repeat visitors. Guests appreciate the variety of amenities, including pools and pickleball courts, and look forward to upcoming enhancements like a new amphitheater. However, some guests have noted issues with outdated furnishings, inconsistent air conditioning, and elevator functionality, while others have expressed concerns about crowded beaches and customer service.

My husband and I traveled to Seascape on the recommendation of a friend. The view from this room was wonderful and the proximity to the beach could not be any better. The room was as expected with amenities as expected. Whale Tail down the street was wonderful and a definite recommend. Two suggestions - 1. a black out curtain for the bedroom as the light shines in through the white vertical blind making it difficult to sleep 2. a designated parking area for the golf carts so they are not taking up car parking. The only minor complaint we would have is that the elevator going up in the parking…

We have a great room on the 8th floor looking directly at the ocean. Can see both sunrise and sunset. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed at Seascape resort the past two years. Our most recent condo (building 111) was within walking distance to the beach and the rinse off station all in a convenient location. We enjoyed the pickleball courts and swimming pools. The fishing was a favorite for my son. We were pleased with the location and found it easy to get everything we needed. I’m anxious to see the exciting changes coming to the property with the pavilion and concerts. We will definitely stay in this property again.

Wish they still had an 18 hole golf course. They do not need an amphitheatre, which is currently being built. The construction is a eyesore and a nuisance

The best part of our family vacation was being on the beach. We usually stay at the Seacape Golf Villas but this by far has been the worst experience. We stayed in the Golf Villa 93A for four nights. First the air conditioner was very poor. The Master Bedroom had poor ventilation than the rest of the rooms. The sign near the Air Conditioner states to keep the air above 72 so I called to ask if we could adjust it lower due to us sweating at night. The front desk personnel were very helpful, polite and agreed to give us permission. The next issue was the furniture in this unit is old, outdated a…

Loved the stay and overall experience! Even on the days when it got cloudy there were things to do to keep my lil crew active! Warmed indoor pool! The third floor is a charm and always a scenic view. I could not believe my eyes sometimes, the beach was so unreal. The rough incoming waves huge but the day windy and beautiful i loved every sec- very family friendly environment! We willl be back!

Stellar location over looking the beach in Majestic Sun. Close to restaurants and shopping. Two bedroom, 2 bath condo with all the amenities. The only problem we encountered is the elevators are hit or miss. We got stranded once on the 5th floor. Thankfully the doors opened, but the elevator wouldn't go up or down. A couple of times we couldn't get one at all. We were on the 8th floor. So we really got our steps in.

Stayed in unit 609. It was giving motel 6. Leaking faucet, moldy sheets/pillows, old everything, dirty rug, dirty nasty couches. Pool was okay. Kitchen was okay, fairly clean. They left us 2 trash bags. The only good thing is how close it is to the beach. And the view. Easy entrance. A good store on the 1st floor.

All of seascape property is wonderful and offers something for everyone. Lots of construction going on with luxury apartments being finished up now and a new amphitheater to host concerts and events. Love it here. I recommend the golf villas unit 4D through Coastline Property Management Ask for Tracey.

It wasn't the easiest place to maneuver around to get to the beach ( gotta cross a busy high way). We had purchased a big wheeled cart to transport our cooler, chairs, umbrellas to the beach BUT there is sand covered step that was very difficult to maneuver, it would be better if it was a ramp. Our master bed in room 709A was very wore out and the sofa sleeper was horrible, the twin beds in the hall was the best beds but with us being older we wasn't able to use the top twin bed. We chose to cut our vacation short because we couldn't get a good night sleep. The beach was VERY crowded and not mu…
