Kelly Plantation Golf Club

One of the nicest courses on the Emerald Coast. The greens are always in top shape and roll perfectly. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes every visit enjoyable from start to finish. I often bring clients here because the experience is consistently impressive. Taking lessons from the pros at Kelly Plantation has helped my game tremendously and made a huge difference in my confidence on the course. Great atmosphere, beautiful layout, and top-tier instruction all in one place.

My wife and I spent a few days in Destin over spring break and had the chance to play Kelly Plantation Golf Club, it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. We arrived early for brunch at the clubhouse, and everything was outstanding. The food was excellent, the Bloody Marys were top-notch, and the bartender was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The course itself was in fantastic shape. Beautiful layout, well-maintained fairways and greens, and just an overall great experience from start to finish. We highly recommend if you’re in the Destin area. We’ll definitely be back.

The course was in great shape. Practice facilities were very good and range balls were included. Greens were fast and rolling true. All staff encountered were very friendly and courteous. Paired my son and I with Mark and Leo, and we had a great time. Will certainly play here again next time in the Destin area.

Fantastic experience all around. Well worth the money. Top of my list of courses by a long shot. Exceeded our expectations on all aspects: course was in excellent shape, greens were quick and challenging, bunkers were pure with plenty of sand and made for a fun challenge. Staff was by far the best I've ever experienced (very kind and genuine!). Pace of place was great, and they even let us play as a couple since it was our anniversary! Hope to come back as much as possible over the years!

Great staff and fun day! Played other courses similar to this out of state and feel like there could have been some more "complementary" stuff for non-members. Similar priced places elsewhere don't charge for non-alcoholic drinks, food at the turn, and snacks to keep you going through the round. Course was punched maybe a week ago, but the greens were in great shape. Lots of ground under repair as expected in the spring and when it's windy, boy is it a tricky course.

Had a great time at Kelly Plantation. Quintessential Florida course. Hope to be back again.

A very beautiful course to play. Pro shop, clubhouse and grounds are immaculate. The practice facilities are outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was cheerful and engaging. You can tell they work hard to provide a premier experience for the membership and for guests. The course had generous tee landing areas - but were always well guarded by beautiful sand bunkers and strategic water locations. Greens rolled very fast and true. Hard to swallow the +$150 greens fee, but if you are visiting on vacation, why not?

Played it over Thanksgiving. Looked great. Greens rolled true fairways were plush. Love the layout.

I have played many famous and beautiful courses. This course is right up there! From the time you get out of your car until you get back in, you will experience the most friendly and helpful staff of any golf course you will ever play. It makes your round more fun when the staff is nice to you when you arrive. It is a terrific design and conditions were ideal. Some of the traps could be fluffier, but that is about the only negative I saw. Well worth the money. 5 STAR
