Secession Golf Club

Played course on June 18th, 2024. Was able to play this beautiful course due to a military even held annually each year. In addition the magnificent hospitality by the staff the course is breath taking. I have no negative views about this course. From the practice facilities to the greens everything is in immaculate condition. This is a walking only course but you can receive a caddie if you like. This is my happy place. I like this better than Ireland. I like this better than any other course I have played. It has everything. A magnificent walk through the marshes, making it challenging and forgiving at the same time, and it has the best staff and caddies on the planet. Had the pleasure of playing this course several times with a member and it was one of the best buddies golf trip that one could have. Great staff, good food and the caddies we had were a blast to be with. Will never forget Secession!

What an amazing experience! Understand that you are going to pay $250 to $450 depending on tipping the caddie and time of year, but it is worth every penny. While many golfers do not want to pay $300 for a round of golf, Secession is a different experience. From the opening tee shot to the last putt, the views are amazing. It is similar to the Dataw Island Cotton Dike course in that you have several holes that play over marsh and water.
