Sewailo Golf Club at Casino Del Sol was a very attractive golf course nestled off the beaten path in Tucson. Great practice facility with very large grass bay driving range with lots of distance to hit the whole bag. Chipping and putting practice greens. Practice facility a little jaunt from the proshop, which was nice, very quiet and tranquil. Course conditions were excellent, alot of dog leg holes where the apex at the turn of the leg was extremely wide so very forgiving. The tee box, fairway and greens are impeccable. The bunkers were on the hardpan side except for a tiny top layer and a few liners visible. Think it rained for an hour the prior day. The greens were receptive but rolled fast and true. The fridge was putt able. The cups were the deepest I’ve ever experienced and was great. The conditions got super windy which was tricky. Easy front 9. Back was hard with a few perfect tee shots rolling off the fairway due to severe side slope. Visiting from San Antonio and brought a friend to play the course. I had played here about 5 years ago so I knew it was good. Cart attendants, pro shop guys and starter all very friendly and helpful. Course in good shape. Greens ran true and smooth. Lot of water on the course that you have to watch out for. It's a challenging course with several risk/reward holes depending on how far you hit your driver. It's the home course for the University of Arizona. Well stocked pro shop. Had lunch at the grill after. All the food was good. Highly recommend this course. You'll enjoy it.

4 golfers @ $125 each- Hole 1 course is running 10 minutes late, no worries. Hole 5, course marshall tells us we needed to skip a hole because we were playing to slow(cart read 12 minutes behind pace). Hole 6 we skip. Hole 9 someone else tells us we need to pick up pace, so we don't play the green (no group pressing us) Hole 13 course marshall comes and tells us to skip a hole and speed up, because they are having to give rain checks to people(no group pressing us). Overall Great Course. Played mid April and it was fantastic experience and a good challenge. Tee to Green in very good shape. Only down fall would be conditions of the bunkers being lined with plastic. Friendly knowledgeable staff, and good practice facilities.

The fairways and greens were in great shape, the bunkers not so good. The bunkers were so hard packed with They landscaping cloth was all ripped up and coming through the sand. Most of them also had large pools of water in them. Other than the sand trap, it was great.

Awesome golf course in southwest Tucson! Tee boxes, fairways and greens all in excellent condition! Bunkers we're good and the rough is dormant and shaved down making the course super fast... Greens were running about 10..

We drove down from Phoenix to play Sewailo and we weren't disappointed. I can't say enough positive things about Sewailo Golf Club! The course conditions were pristine. Fairways were flawless and the Bent grass greens were smooth and rolled true. The layout is challenging but fair, especially with 7 different tee options including several combo tees. Scenic setting a very well landscaped and manicured track. A must play in the Tucson area.

Wonderful spot for a round with friends or family. Positives: course is well laid out on an expansive piece of land. You will see lots of native vegetation and bird life as there are small creeks and ponds throughout. Plenty of tee boxes for appropriate length and difficulty. Great bag drop staff. Negatives....hmmmm. None. We have golfed here at least ten times and always look forward to returning.

I played this morning at what is generally one of our favorite courses. However, we have noticed a consistent decline in the course's condition during our visits. Similar to previous feedback, the bunkering is in poor shape, with much of the underlayment exposed. Additionally, the bunkers that were in acceptable condition lacked sand and were extremely hard. The golf carts are also showing signs of age and are no longer comfortable to use. Furthermore, today’s pace of play was an issue, approaching five hours, which is unacceptable by any standard. Great overall experience. The course was in great shape and gave you multiple options on the Par4’s and Par5’s on how you were going to approach the hole. Greens were in great condition as well. The course staff was nice. Only thing that would’ve changed this from 4 to 5 stars is we didn’t see the beverage cart until 9. If I were in Tucson I would definitely consider going here again!

First time golfing in Arizona and this experience will have me coming back for more. Great service in the clubhouse and out on the course. The real star of the experience was ofcourse Sewailo’s 18 challenging and beautiful holes honoring the desert scape It encompassed. Thanks Sewailo for making our first desert golf experience top notch.
