This is a private course for residents of the local 55 n over trailer park community. Ive had the privilege of being invited to play as a guest. The course is well-trod by the locals but nicely maintained. The staff is top-notch. The members are friendly and knowledgable without being too snooty about it. Please go play a round if you get the invitation!

Perfect smaller 18 hole course. Distances not difficult, but precision needed on the narrow fairways and small greens. No power carts available. Pull carts are available. Within a 55+ community, Tucson Estates.

The greens are slow, but beautiful!! Give the course a couple of weeks greens to establish. Then they will cut them short and course will be in great shape.
