This club truly is the best!!! Christian, the golf pro, is absolutely outstanding with both kids and adults. My golf game was pretty tragic. Thanks to Christian’s guidance, patience, and expertise, I’ve improved significantly. I now hit far fewer houses, which is a true win-win for the entire Sherwood Community! Been a member here since 2010. I moved back to Ventura and have just started playing again for the first time since 2021 and it has to be my favorite golf course on earth. This is the BEST course to dial in your wedges and become a UNIT at short game in golf. Definitely join here, the head pro Christian is awesome and the food is amazing. They also renovated the dining room and made it super open concept and a great spot to get food after a long day on the course.

A “Bear’s Best” Par 3 Course in the North LA suburbs. This is the nicest Par 3 course I’ve ever played and probably ever will play. It was beautifully maintained, the property and clubhouse were first class, and 18 Par 3 holes from the Bear in one location… what a treat.

As a guest of a member, I can say that the service was exceptional and the bloody Mary's were fantastic. The meal was beautiful and the scenery was unlike any other. Thank you all for an amazing evening.

Who says the upper crust is snobby? The people at the Sherwood Lake Club, were great. Happy people who cared about each other. Very helpful and considerate. Good to be treated so well. Definitely worth going.

Beautiful scenery, well maintained, nice staff. Had an awesome time doing 18 holes at our own pace, not many other golfers around.

Staff doesn’t care about younger kids or teenagers, if you are old you won’t have any problems. Especially Rude manager that only cares about a paycheck. Would definitely stay away from this place if you have children.

This little course is beautiful. I only wish I was able to play it. Grass is so nice to walk on and the greens look awesome. Deer frequent many holes.

Awesome Par 3 course. Extremely well taken care of and quite exclusive. If you have the opportunity to play, don’t pass it up!
