This is my edited post: We sold our home at Skyline in July of 2024. We decided to sell and move because the owners of Skyline raised our monthly rent from $855 a month to $1600 a month. We were and are on a fixed income. We did not see the value of living there any longer. It still is a beautiful location and the neighbors are friendly and outgoing. My wife and I bought our home in Skyline Ranch 7 years ago. Skyline is like no other 55+ gated community in all of Southern California. Parents live there nice has a golf course. Nice. They need to cut down some of the oaks and plant new trees, the oaks are dying climate change and we need to change with climate.
