First off the lady Meg at the front desk was extremely rude and have no people skills and does not know how to talk to people. How is she still working there. Worst I’ve ever dealt with at any golf club and I’ve golfed everywhere around the metro Detroit area. Then to top it off the grounds were horrendous. Felt like I was playing golf on a shag carpet. I would watch where my balls landed and by the time I reached the area I could not find it due to the conditions of the long unkept grass. They charge $31.50 for 9 holes w/cart on unkept grounds. I’ve paid $35.00 for 18 holes w/cart and this go…

Course is very poorly maintained, we lost balls that landed on the fairway simply because the grass was too high to find them. Greens felt like what a fairway should be. Despite nobody being behind us, the staff loudly chastised us for our speed of teeing off and screamed at us as if we were children. It's an inexpensive, simple course but even by those standards, the experience wasn't great.

Would never golf here again; absolutely horrible experience. Do not golf here. Golfed a 9-hole twilight round and honestly not sure where to begin with the slew of bad experiences that occurred. I’m fairly sure we were charged the prime time rate instead of the twilight weekday rate. However, the overarching issue was the horrible attitude the woman working at the club house had toward our group. We were a group of mostly beginners, playing a week night twilight round with no one behind us, and yet this women felt the need to chastise us multiple times, even while teeing off on the first hole,…

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. After spending the summer going to the driving range, My partner wanted to take me out for my FIRST ever game of golf. We tee'd off and 5 minutes later the Marshall chases me down "you've clearly never played golf before, have you?" And proceeded to demand we play a scramble. I was so upset and discouraged We decided not to play here, got a refund and played at another course in Troy. EDIT: I've decided to never play here again, but living here its convenient for my partner (a more experienced golfer) to practice on so ive tagged along for a number of h…

It's is a great golf course. You can walk in and go out right away. I bring my kids there to practice on the putting green and try to golf 9 holes.

Great mostly par 3 course. Played here a couple of times. Staff has always been friendly to myself and my son who is learning. Their golf carts are really nice. Will be back!

Horrible course, guy chasing us down of first hole asking how much golf we have played, course is horrible, greens are like putting on fair way. Would not recommend spending 31.50 for the worst course I’ve played in Michigan

Just called to ask a question about the golf cart rental before I booked a tee time and Meg at the front desk said “I’m busy and have other calls, are you booking a tee time today or what” I cannot believe they let people like that at the front desk. We were excited to visit but will not be going and will be telling our friends and family to not return either.

Rude staff. This lady (Meg) was extremely disrespectful and rude. We just completed 9th hole and walked to the cart and she yelled at us from outside the clubhouse “i need that cart” because she was in such a rush to get off work, gave us no time to even total our score on the scorecard. Her behaviour was absolutely disgusting the whole time. Besides the fact, we played a whole round super quick so we weren’t even holding up anyone. I experienced that sort of attitude multiple times before, as well. Their management really need to give them some practical discipline trainings.

I’m really disappointed in how this golf course is run. The people that run the place are rude and because we had kids they tried to rush us off the first tee box ( who are as good as most adults ). I do not live in Troy but I work in Troy… so golfing here was not cheap and the management made it a bad experience right from the first tee (and no one ever came close to being held up from my 4 some with 2 younger boys) Not sure I will spend my money here anymore

Seems like a common theme throughout the reviews that the course staff isn’t accepting of new golfers. Brought my brother who is new to golf out with me when the place was basically empty. The ranger approached us after a single hole and was extraordinarily disrespectful. Will not be going back or recommending this course. For a course this mid the staff has no right be so unwelcoming to new golfers.

It's exactly what you would expect from a small complex golf course. It has a very relaxing feeling, it doesn't really get too busy and it's very affordable. Perfect place for new players.
