I play here sometimes with good friend and course pro Dom Garcia. He’s a great player and influence to the game. Recommend getting a picture at Ben’s hill. Very scenic.

Probably one of the best maintained courses for the buck. The greens were very good and still green . Go for the walk, it will do you good.

This place. Just wow absolutely awful. Bugs everywhere, beetles in my hair, couldn’t see the ball in the air, I still wonder where. Mosquitoes all around, thought I was masters bound, till I decided to play a round. No etiquette ranger was on tip.

9 hole muni super close to the airport if you want to get in a quick 9 holes. Not in great shape but decent layout. Since I was single a guy that worked in the pro shop was nice enough to join me for the round. So really cool to have someone to show me how to get around this course. There were a few tee boxes that I would have not easily found. And I learned a little bit about Portland, Maine during the round.

Played here with a friend of mine for the first time yesterday. The course is infested with mosquitoes and much of the grass is dead from poor irrigation. We also brought our gf’s as they like to walk with us. I’ve played dozens of prestigious golf courses that have never had a problem with this, as we’re respectful and they don’t cause any harm. But the gentleman in the pro shop made a huge deal about it and tried to send us home… what a joke. It’s not like this course is pebble beach, I mean common. The course is in rough shape- only good thing is that they’re struggling for business, so you…

A great course to sharpen your short game or starting or getting back into golf. The course has a nice non-intimidating layout. A quick round is easy to do. Be sure to show courtesy and repair any ball marks to the greens!

Best deal in area, it's really not that easy of a course- but it is on the shorter side- which can benefit your golf game much more than being frustrated at big courses while trying to figure out your swing. It's a great practice course, and I often play 9-18 here within 3 hours and then play 9 or 18 at a longer course. The sandbunkers are actually legit compared to a lot of courses in the area that suffer from the north-eastern common problem of dirt-sand mix.. these bunkers are actually sand! The history of the course is cool too, some rich guy built it and had an entire private course to hi…
