Spencer T Olin Community Golf Course

Recently got back into golf this year, I was able to play this course multiple times this year at various times and days. The staff was excellent, friendly and very accommodating when a few minutes late to a tee time, although you should always be on time life happens. The course was in great condition from the summer time and up to late November, with great fairways, well kept greens, and decent Tee Box. If I would change anything it would be adding a GPS system inside the cart to stay competitive with other similar courses like Stonewolf, Far Oaks, and Gateway National. Would pick this cours…

Great course. Challenging and always in good shape. Club Golf Pro and rest of staff are great. Seeing the course dog follow the grounds keeper around in the mornings is great!

Played there recently in a work outing. Marshall was extremely rude pressuring many in the outing to speed up play and skip holes due to another outing scheduled later in the afternoon. Not player friendly. With many other quality courses in the area, I won’t go back.

From start to finish, the staff treated us with top-tier hospitality—flexible, accommodating, and genuinely attentive to every detail we needed. For it being middle of November it was a great place to play, if you can keep it in the fairway. Outside of that, you're not finding your balls under all of the leafs, but hey, that's your fault. The staff is friendly, challenging course, not for the beginner. Mostly dead already, but the dancefloors were all in great shape.

I played this course twice last year and once so far this year. Each time it’s been in great shape and the pace of play has been good.

We did a Tee Time at 2:20 and ran into the nicest worker his name was Steve! Absolutely an amazing worker, so lively, fun, enjoyable. Has one of the purest hearts in the little time that we got to sit and chat! I will 10/10 be back just to see Steve!!💓

Exceptionally maintained Arnold Palmer-designed course boasts fast undulating greens. Accessible to the average player, this track also rewards the skilled golfer. Frequent slow play, however, needs to be addressed.

Our group played Spencer T Olin today (09/14/25). Course was in excellent condition! Especially after the severe heat we had in July. Very impressive work from the course Superintendent. In addition to a very enjoyable round, I had made an error when I made the tee time online. I made it for 1 player instead of 4 players. Opps! The Proshop fitted us in and got us out within 10 minutes of our tee time. Much appreciated!! Overall one of the top 10 courses in St Louis.

One of the best golf courses in the St. Louis area. Always in great condition and the staff is always helpful and polite. Always look forward to playing.

5 hour round even though we could get off of the cart path. The rough was tall and thick which really slowed up play!!! Won't play there again!!!
