Definitely an underrated course in central AB, hidden gem for sure. Challenging but fun as it keeps you on your toes, in great shape as well. Beautiful greens, back nine will test your slice or hook!

DO NOT BOOK HERE unorganized staff and will cancel your reservation without speaking to you !!!!! Then they will try and blame you for it I drove out here in March to look for a spot, I spoke with staff about the spot I wanted they said I could have it no problem. I told them a few times that I was coming for work and it would be a long-term reservation. They took my credit card number and made the booking. They called to follow up end of may after a snow storm if I was still coming, I confirmed I was on the phone. I drove down yesterday not only did they give my spot away they tried to blame…

Hosts are amazing! Campground is nice, quiet, and clean. Very well taken care of! Price was reasonable for having full service sites. The golf course was very challenging but fun, and was beautifully manicured and treed. Hint, bring lots of balls! Only downsides were the very narrow campsites, distance from any bodies of water, and the treacherous train track to go over to get there. Will definitely be back for both camping and golf.

We had our company golf tournament here on September 17th and the course was better than I expected! Our tournament was split between the back 9 and the front 9, and while I can't speak for the front 9 I can tell you the back 9 is gorgeous and definitely keeps you on your toes! The course is well maintained, with tons of mature trees making it nice and shady on a sweltering afternoon, and we had no trouble navigating the course as a whole. We found the staff easy enough to deal with, from the planning stages to the day of coordination and everything went beautifully. I'll be telling my frie…

We recently stayed at the rv park and it was fantastic. Hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. They felt like friends after meeting them for 5 minutes. I also think this was the quitest park we have ever stayed in. Sites are well set up. Even the sewer is not stripped! Clean, well maintained and lots of room for maneuverability. We have a 40' rv and had no issues getting around the entire park. There were larger units than ours and they fit with extra room as well. You can tell effort is put into this park and if respect is given, you will get the same in return. We will be booking h…

Campground is well kept, staff have always been really nice anytime we've stayed. The pirate park was removed last year (May '24) when we were there, causing many tears from my youngest kids. Never heard if they planned to replace it. The small playground left was in pretty sad shape. Honestly we really love this campground and have spent lots of time there over the past 4 summers, biggest downside is the gravel road on your way in. It's horrendous and I cannot imagine bringing anything nicer than my older travel trailer across it...

Amazing course. If you are looking for a challenging course and a really nice mountain feel, this is the course for you. Course was very well maintained, really nice greens, and friendly staff. +1 for the chicken ranch wrap in the clubhouse, was so good. Lots of elevation changes in this course, short par 4's which play very well, and challenging but fun par 3's. Do bring lots of golf balls if you aren't very experienced as you will lose many in the woods. Would recommend this course to anyone. Will be back playing again!

The course is very fun. Well kept. Notable improvement in all areas since I was here 5+ years ago. Great staff and prices. I'll be back!

Have always enjoyed Spirit Creek golf course. Many positive changes to the course over the last few years. However the manager is an abusive tyrant who has no hesitation in swearing and yelling at customers. Definitely needs new management. Still waiting for an apology for the inappropriate behaviour that we were subjected to.

I absolutely love this course! Best staff and owners ever. So glad I bought my membership this year. Close to 40 years of golf and this is my go to course.

We went during the week and it wasn't busy, so we were really able to enjoy the course. This was the first time for me golfing. It was fantastic, and I didn't feel rushed. The course was kept very nice and the staff at the front desk was very welcoming. Great experience!

Very nice setting and challenging for rookie golfers. Fortunately the under brush isn't too dense so balls can still be found on most holes
