Course was in great shape—super clean fairways, scenic views, the whole deal. Definitely a challenge, but in a fun “I need to redeem myself on the back 9” kind of way. Greens were a little temperamental—some rolled fast, others felt like they needed a pep talk. Kept me guessing, which honestly added to the fun. Already planning my next round (and bringing extra balls just in case).

Nice course. Tee boxes are kinda rutty. Grass was so long was losing balls in the fair way, but we just had a string of storms come thru. Greens were very quick today.

Very nice course with top class greens and very friendly service. Great value at $45 walking. Tee boxes were a bit rough but it’s late in the season.

This lovely, scenic course is one of the hidden gems of SWO! It offers a variety of challenges for both novices and low handicappers. The reception in the proshop is friendly and helpful, and the Social 31 offer a wide variety of fine beers on tap! The presence of a starter is helpful and much appreciated.

I recently booked a play and stay golf package here for my 40th birthday with 3 other buddies. Macey was able to accommodate our requests and get everything set up for us. We played 2 rounds of golf ( Friday / Saturday ) and stayed at the Penrose suites. The golf course is in really nice shape, the layout is fun, unique and challenging with some nice views along the way. We ate lunches and dinner at the social 31 restaurant. St. Marys is a truly awesome wedding venue and one I would highly recommend, as a wedding photographer of over 12 years. What stands out most to me is how thoughtful and service-focused the staff is. Some wedding venues don't treat vendors well, but St. Marys always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and respected. The Hideaway has upscale brewery vibes: casual and fun, with formal touches to suit a wedding. My husband and I got married at SMGCC Oct 2021. We had such a beautiful day! The hideaway was the perfect venue. We loved the aesthetic, openness, and indoor-outdoor feel of the space. We worked closely with Taryn to help us bring this day together. She was incredible to work with. She was kind, responsive, helpful and so patient while helping us navigate the choppy waters of wedding planning during the pandemic. We had our wedding at SMGGC this past weekend, and it was the wedding of my DREAMS. The venue was absolutely perfect. Not only is the space stunning, but the staff are amazing to work with. Everyone was so friendly and personal, down to our bartenders and servers. We truly felt like we were the only wedding they were working. Very challenging golf course. I wish the greens were a bit faster. The food was good.

I would give it a 5 star but I didn't actually end up booking with them so I probably don't have the full picture. The venue is GORGEOUS. Both rooms are beautiful and perfect for a wedding. The customer service we received when checking it out was so great and polite. Pricing for weddings is also very affordable and for what you get a really great deal. The only reason we didn't book is because we actually canceled our wedding. If we didn't I would have 100% booked here.

St. Mary’s is THE place to have your wedding! We absolutely loved our experience and would highly recommend. Everyone we worked with was quick to respond and provided necessary and helpful information. They sent out reminder emails and really wanted you (the couple) to have the greatest experience possible.
