Stockdale Country Club

Beautiful Golf Course, clubhouse is dated. It does have a comfortable feel to it! The banquet room is huge, the bar is nice, very enjoyable visit celebrating the Life of Coach Carl Bowser.

Attended a wedding last weekend very friendly staff strong drinks great food!

Great atmosphere for an older club. Very clean clubhouse with excellent food, great service, and a fun day of golf all around.

The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Service was wonderful. Everyone full of smiles and ready to help make the dining enjoyable. The food was delicious. The chicken Alfredo was creamy. The chicken was cooked so it was juicy. The dinner rolls we wonderful. I could eat them every day. Yummmmm!!!!

Awesome course and great food (especially like Sunday brunch the few times I've had it). You'll golf alongside some of the best houses in one of Bakersfield's best neighborhoods. The little cafe on Hole 9/10 is a great place to stop for a quick snack as well, with quaint views and a lack of car noise. I noticed they paint their grass, which seemed a bit odd at first, but didn't really end up mattering. It still looks good.

While at this venue for an event and my friend's wallet was stolen from within their locker room. After reporting the theft, they stated they would follow up with him, but they never followed through. It's disappointing they did not provide more support.

This club's facilities are wonderful. The food is good, the atmosphere is great for families as well as business gatherings and social activities. The staff is very attentive and we always have great customer service!

Went there a few years ago; for an employee-of-year ceremony– it was a very fancy place. But, you had to wear fancy clothes, everytime you went there; or else they probably won't even let inside–so i've heard. I don't remember/know.

Playing in the father's day tournament and discovered we can't use a credit/debit card. I don't live in the 1980s and only carry cash when I can carry a weapon. It's a very nice course but they would probably do better if they weren't living in the last century.

Our Soroptimist Annual Golf ⛳ tournament was held there. Perfect place. Staff was unbelievable. Friendly, helpful and the food was delicious.

Great golf course with recently replaced greens. Great tennis program organized by Wimbledon champion, Hank Pfister who is overseeing the remodeling of the pro shop and exercise facilities. Great total family tennis programs. We love the experiences at our club...Jim and Diane Windes
