I had a Great Experience on Tuesday. It was my 1st Time Going. The Manager Richard Degree took time out of his Day & gave me a Tour & Showed me how to play Golf. The Restaurant Food was Delicious. The Chef Larry & the waitress had Great Customer service. I will return soon. Thanks Team Sugar Creek! 😁

This is a good value course, a challenging and fun layout that is in decent shape for what you would expect. The staff was extremely helpful in the pro shop getting me out as a single in between groups, the only downside is if it has rained the course does hold a lot of water but the fairways and greens are not usually that affected. You may have to walk through or around some puddles but hitting most shots, it did not come into play that much.

If you’re planning on visiting Sugar Creek Golf Course, I’d like to share my honest experience. Unfortunately, we found the staff to be quite rude and unprofessional overall. One notable observation was that they seemed significantly more helpful and friendly toward Black patrons, while others—like us—felt like an afterthought. Whether this stems from the area or simply their business dynamics, the result was that we felt unwelcome. I’d advise you to be cautious before heading there, because frankly, our experience was far from enjoyable.

For it to be the week before Thanksgiving this course is by far in the best shape and one of the best values in the close area that I played, and I’ve been playing weekly since the transition from summer to fall. Challenging but fun course. Tight fairways on the majority of the holes, but for a mid to high handicapper golfer like myself it was still a very enjoyable round. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were in excellent shape, there was a well equipped driving range, GPS carts, and food and drinks available at the club house. Not overcrowded - will be back very soon!

So we rented out the club house for our granddaughter's 16th birthday party. Really fun!

Outstanding customer service from all of the employees. My son attends the PGA Jr program which is coordinated by Coach Lott. The course is in great condition since the greens were recently aerated and they are coming in nicely. This is an intermediate level golf course with a tricky laid hazard guarding the greens. Definitely a fun challenge. We will continue to play and support this GC.

Can not say enough good things about this course! Friendly staff. Laid back atmosphere. The course is beautiful and pretty well maintained. Me and my friends are new to golf and booked a mid week early tee time and we had a blast! Definitely pushed us as new golfers but will be back often I’m sure!

Can't beat the price. Quality greens for the most part. Well maintained. Was pleasantly surprised with the course considering the price. It is RIGHT next to 285 . So some holes have the noise of heavy traffic.

They wouldn't let me use the bathrooms in the clubhouse because there was an event and locks were broken on there outdoor bathroom so I had to ask some to guard the door. I don't mind the club house being rented but they need to make sure those out door bathroom doors work before allowing the club house to be rented.

Played 5/29/22. The greens were in fair to good shape. The fairways were in great shape. The weather was absolutely perfect. The course was challenging on some holes and very rewarding on others. I throughly enjoyed myself here and if I’m ever back in Atlanta and time permits I will be back. Keep up the good work
