Had a great experience out here. The pro shop staff was unbelievable, super friendly and easy to deal with. You can tell they actually care about the place and the people coming through. Big shoutout to the staff for keeping pace of play moving too. Makes a huge difference and they did a great job with it. Course itself is in awesome shape. Fairways and greens were dialed in. If you’re thinking about checking it out, do it. You won’t regret it.

This course is awesome! Challenging yet fun, difficult yet rewarding. And absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The drive up to the Club House was spectacular. I love the different elevations and curvature of the course. And you CAN'T beat the price for what you get. Merry the owner in the course searching for improvements too! SUPER nice guy! Clearly cars about the course and the staff within it. The staff was polite, conversational and just all around present. I will DEFINITELY be going back asap. Probably going to host a tournament here too!

What an experience! Exactly what you’re looking for when you come out to golf. Great pace of play, never felt rushed, beautiful fairways and greens. Strong drinks, cheap beer, friendly and accommodating staff. 1000% will be back.

EcoPower Electric Co. recently hosted another team’s outing at Sugar Creek Golf Course and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and flexible — allowing us to cater lunch on-site and even supporting us with a great bartender to kick off a much-deserved team bonding day. The course was in excellent shape, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy. Huge thanks to the Sugar Creek team for making our event seamless and memorable — we’ll definitely be back!

It's been a long hit summer and the course shows that. At least half of the greens are i bad shape and almost every tee box is a mess. Beware booking tee times on weekends as they don't tell you there is a golf tournament in the afternoon and expect you to be done in 4.5 hours. They jammed too many groups on the course and play was slow. Not a good experience overall. Won't go back

I have played this course a few times now, and have had great experiences each time. The first time was 3-4 years ago, and I will admit the course was a bit rough. However, I still had a great time and the prices were fair + service was great. I have since played twice - last summer and a couple weeks ago. The course has improved tremendously. It is clear the staff works hard at maintaining the course and improving it every year. After my most recent round the owner (Sorkis) introduced himself and thanked me for coming out. It is this level of customer service and attention to detail that make…

Haven't played this in a long while. Quality issues with the course in the past didn't inspire me to make the trek down for at least 5 years. Hope is is improved now.

We played this course on a fall Saturday without knowing anything about it, and were pleasantly surprised. It's a beautiful setting and a well designed course. Most fairways are narrow and require accurate shots to score well and several tee shots are blind or require exact yardages to stay out of hazards, which makes the course a fun challenge. Overall it's not too difficult and it should be a fair course for all skill levels. The green and fairway grass isn't in the BEST shape... but the fees are cheap, so I can't complain too much. The two gentlemen we played with told us that the overall q…

Up-and-coming course in the St. Louis area! Beautiful grounds and friendly staff. Major improvements over the past year! I can tell ownership is passionate about what they do. The greens are really starting to look great!

Course is interesting laid out! Some fun holes but fairways are weed infested greens a lot of burned out spots and tee boxes you need a gamer to get tees in. With maintenance this could be a fun course…. Till then we pass

Golf course needs lots of work. Greens burnt out. Fairway are rock hard with not a great deal of watering. Broken tees everywhere on tee boxes which doesn’t seem to be ever clean up. It will take awhile before our foursome returns.
