I got married here in April. My husband and I had an outdoor wedding and we also used the indoor “fancy tent”. I had a small intimate wedding but it was amazing and filled with so much joy. David B, went through great lengths to ensure that my vision came true and I can’t thank him and the rest of the staff enough. David and his team even assisted with decorations as I showed him everything I wanted and he exceeded those expectations. They catered to our guests and everyone had a wonderful time. There was an abundance of food and drinks for four hours. (The food was spectacular). The venue is…

I have much to say. I had my wedding here last month and I couldn't be happier with choosing 12 oaks as my venue. First of all, beautiful venue with incredibly reasonable pricing. Second, JESSE the event coordinator is amazing at his job. He makes you feel special, coordinates like a pro, so accommodating and even helped me with decor planning and even setting up! That was completely out of his job description, but he did it without being asked. Wonderful human being for sure. The food and beverage services provided were attentive and delicious. I HIGHLY recommend checking this venue out for y…

As a wedding planner, I had the pleasure of working with The Club at 12 Oaks for a recent wedding, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. The entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the couple’s day exceptional. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and seamless coordination made the planning process smooth from start to finish. On the wedding day, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran perfectly and that the couple felt supported and celebrated. It’s always a joy to work with a venue that cares as much as w…

We had our sons wedding luncheon at the club at twelve oaks and it was handled so well. Victoria Musselwhite is a dream to work with. She made sure every detail we asked for was done to perfection. Due to covid they had to cancel their reception and so we looked for a venue that could accommodate a wedding luncheon for family and close friends and stay within the guidelines of gatherings. It was ideal and made a very unusual time feel perfect for the occasion. We would recommend them for any event. The staff was attentive, wonderful and efficient. The food was a delight. The decorations were p…

This was my first time to the Club. I was there for a ribbon cutting event. The food they provided was good, the staff was helpful and friendly. They are under new ownership. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and inviting. I will plan to use their facilities to future events. They have summer camps available that look very interesting for kids. There are a lot of amenities including, pools, golf, and another clubhouse.

My wife decided to take 3 coworkers to lunch. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing to say the least. The pretzel appetizer was stale, bone dry, the steak sub was dry and crunchy and the chicken in the salad was tough and tasted old. Even More disappointing is that it seems the club automatically adds the tip to the bill. No one told her. When she called the club to provide feedback, the message was we’ll let the chef know. No call back.

My experience with 12 oaks was incredible! Cheyenne, Sahar, and the team made my wife’s surprise 40th birthday party a HUGE success. Every detail was handled with care, even little extra stuff I asked for , they got handled. The food was SO GOOD! All of the guests were commenting on how good the buffet was and how the selection of food was great! I’m telling you to use their venue space if you are looking to hold a nice party or more! And I’m probably coming back too!

The 12 Oaks community is home to 1,704 homesites, a challenging 18-hole championship golf course built by Nicklaus Design Group, a 35,000-square foot clubhouse, fitness center, F45 studio, three swim complexes, tennis and pickleball courts, and over 20 miles of trails and sidewalks winding through rolling hills, open fields, lush woods and even alongside creeks and streams. At the center of it all is The Club at 12 Oaks, a private country club built on 912 acres. At the time of its opening in 2009, the Club was considered one of the best new private courses in the country by Golf Digest. The…

We had an incredible experience at The Clubs at 12 Oaks for our wedding. The venue itself was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, creating the perfect backdrop for our special day. The standout aspect of our experience was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was flawless, displaying both professionalism and genuine friendliness throughout. We couldn't have asked for a better team to help make our wedding day unforgettable. Highly recommend The Clubs at 12 Oaks for anyone looking for a top-notch wedding venue.

Management is terrible. All the events are a mess. They're never fully stocked and theres always something management is forgetting. It all falls on there employees but the true problem is management. You would think a high end country club would hire someone who could handle it. Im very disappointed in what i've seen since moving here and joining the club. Hopefully changes will be made.

We hosted a rehearsal luncheon in The Oaks room. The food was excellent especially the appetizers. The staff was helpful and professional. Pricing was fair. The room was beautiful and just the right size for our group. We were happily surprised with the huge windows.
